No reply – Have spent $2500, 3 weeks later no reply to the two emails I have sent and the 6 phone calls I have made about my order.

Quick professional service – I needed to buy a mac air for my son at short notice. So needed to use zipay, called to confirm the item was in stock and was told it would be leaving a Melbourne warehouse. Ordered and received in Perth two days later. Very happy

them today and after a long struggle with their phone system i finally got through. The customer service consultant told me that my order was on pending and she doesn't know why because i paid for it in the day.

So it will now have to go through some sort of paperwork. In the mean time, i have to wait.

Never again will i go back to this company. Never again.

Super effecient – Ordered my Bose QC35II Wireless Headphones on Tues night and I received them Thurs morning. So happy with the service delivery and the price was the best price I found. Will definitely order from here again.

Great service and Hili is always spot on with his recommendations and delivery times – Prices were the best I could find. Even looked at Apple shops but they were all 200-300.00 more than the price I could get at Buymac.com.au Ordered the product on a Friday and received midday Monday... perfect.

Excellent, prompt service – My wife and I ordered a Bose Solo TV Sound System from BuyMac on 15 July 2013. It arrived two days later in perfect condition. Poor customer service – Of all merchants who I have dealth that accept credit cards, this company is just a pain. I wasted my valuable time dealing with them because of some requirements prior to credit card approval. Poor service – I ordered a case for a specific Applemac which the company claimed they had in stock. Once ordered they contacted me to say that it was not in stock. I requested the company to order the item but they clearly did not order it as I had to prompt them twice to go ahead. standard configurations; no special build options were available. That was a problem because for the last few years Minis' processors have been soldered to the motherboard--the CPU is not upgradeable--so I wanted to option-up to the fastest CPU I could get and at the time, only Apple and Buymac could do that.

I had to wait awhile to take delivery of my order through Buymac but faced with visiting a local Apple store (shudder) or being gouged by Apple at their online store, I chose to wait and take the saving. The Buymac people were pleasant to deal with, reporting on the progress of my special order when I called them. Using PayPal, my purchase was simple and easy; I didn't even have to open an account with Buymac to make the purchase. Best price and product availability, hardware configuration flexibility (BTO), and good service Much slower than Apple's claimed 3-day delivery on BTO (Build-To-Order) configurations

Very good service – I ordered a macbook air on Friday and it arrived Monday morning in Brisbane so excellent service Spoke to one of the staff about which model would be best and received very helpful information so thanks. Dodgy! – I ordered a top of the range Ipod Bose speaker. I received the following response: [Correspondence removed]. They required copies of my drivers licence, credit card and my signature. Either that or EFT the funds upfront, where I would be uninsured for non-delivery. Clearly ridiculous .... unless they wanted to steal my identity. I'd rather pay the extra $100 and get it from Apple.

Personal service and great pricing – Have been a long time customer of Buymac. Approximately 6 years. The range of products available through them is astounding. A number of times, if they did not have the specific item I was after, they ordered it in especially for me. They were very proactive when it came to keeping me informed of the progress of my orders which was very helpful. Friendly, flexible and personalised service

Terrible – dont wast your time even if they have the best offer !! they need a photocopy of your credit card (front and back) and photocopy of drivers license with any expensive products. secondly, no personal login account with buymac.com.au like every other online store you buy from so you cant check on the progress of your orders. they need too much personal info and no login account

Great service – I ordered my software online yesterday, thinking I should get it sometime early next week...it was coming from interstate. It arrived less than 24 hours later. Fantastic turnaround guys - you must have packaged it & sent it out within an hour of the order. And it was cheaper than if I'd gone to local shops. Many thanks.

Terrible – They don't answer their 800 number, not even a machine. Strike one. When I finally got someone they said "it should have been shipped from our supplier". So they don't carry any stock! Strike two. Then promised to call back after talking to their supplier. NO CALL STRIKE THREE, YOU'RE OUT! Called credit card company and cancelled the charge. DON'T use this company. PERIOD. Dedicated to Apple Nothing shipped. Took money. Then nothing.

Excellent – Great experience - got what I wanted quickly, for a good price. Was kept updated with order and delivery status. Would recommend to others. Fast delivery - 2 days from order to regional Victoria. Price competitive. Order & shipping updates were sent by email. I suppose a membership account could be useful for subsequent ordering from same site. But not a big deal really.

Excellent – I don't understand how anyone can rate Buymac poorly. I've been buying from them for years, and only have received great service. All my friends are happy with the prices and service and have told others. It's the only Mac shop that isn't run by smug Mac salespeople. Great follow up service, best prices, people who care!!
