Buzz b gone is useless! I've had it in Australia for several months now, and it has killed about 2 mosquitoes in about 4 months! I'm getting more mozzie bites than ever! Don't waste your time or money on this trap. Buzzbgone... in the bin!
Be Aware of Scamduggery – If only I had taken notice of the proliferating negative reviews... trouble was I wanted to protect my grandchildren from mosquitoes and I actually trusted the ads and guarantees. Buzzbgone is one of the worst. most disappointing and deceitful products I've ever had the misfortune to trust. Whoever promoted, produced and conceived of this totally ineffectual piece of fakery should feel totally ashamed. Hang your heads.
Scam product – Don't buy this product it doesn't work for mozzies, all it catches are small moths. Every morning our patio fly screen is covered in mozzies, I had it hanging above door and on step in front of screen door the following night to only find door still covered in mozzies and not a single one in the zapper. night the shoes seem to attract them but the container was full of mozzies in the morning and not one zapped. Even there patches they threw in don't work. If the inventer of this product actually had an allergy to mozzies as stated in the add the productwould work, cause he wouldn't last long using it.

RIP OFF SCUMBAGS – Ordered 4 buzzbgones: $183.93 in november last year(2022), asked for order to be cancelled and refunded, was ignored. A month later was sent email saying they were being shipped, sent another email stating that I had requested the order be cancelled, once again no reply. Haven't been received or a refund given. Total scam and total scumbags, wouldn't recommend to anyone. Don't even deserve a 1 star rating but it's the lowest I was permitted.
The item is poor and the service is more than poor – I received my items after I was told they could not find my order when I said I would request a refund from PayPal they found it and posted. I requested a refund and keep getting messages your order is ready for completion told them I have it. Then emails to say the have raised a ticket from 6 different people and emails and still not return or refund. Would Not recommend and the company is VERY port in communication

Buzzbgone – We ordered 1 it took about 3months to arrive we were worried that it wasn't going to show. Since we finally received it, it's worked well in our daughters room. Have read the reviews and wonder if we got the only good one in the world
WASTE OF MONEY!!! Product is useless! – Absolute waste of money! Don’t buy, I read heaps of excellent reviews on camping & caravan sites & paid $134 for 3 & 2 didn’t work. There is no way to contact them the official website only offers buy now, you cannot email or contact them at all?? Don’t get sucked in like me, complete waste of my hard earned dollars!!!

Failure to refund a twice charged warranty – I purchased a BuzzBGone 10/12/22 for my son for Christmas and was charged twice for the warranty. After many emails and assurances that this was to be corrected (as a top priority), so far nothing has happened and I’m still waiting, consequently, I’m not very impressed with their after sales service.
Total Scam – Do not buy, product is useless. This product is a scam. Don't buy it – I was conned into the discount crap they go on with. I paid double what they advertised and had no way to back out of the purchase. Turns out the product is nothing but a small bug zapper, not the super dooper invention they lie about. Don't get ripped off like me. Do not buy it.
Waste of money – I purchased 2 x Buzz B Gone units and in my opinion are they useless. Have a lot of mossies around at the moment so I put 2 units in 1 bedroom, on the first night both units got a total of 2 mossies but we still got bombed all night.In the morning I caught / sprayed 13 mosses that were within 2 metres of the Buzz B Gone units. This company is utterly useless – Ordered 3 on 24th December 2022. They never arrived. 12 emails later still nothing except a 2 promises they were in the mail. I only got a refund because I used PayPal and lodged a complaint through them and they refunded me a few days back. PayPal were fantastic. I recommend you use them for all online purchases as they give you an added layer of security. If I had paid by credit card I don’t think I would ever have seen my money again. Stay away from BuzzBGone!!!
UTTER RUBBISH - DOES NOT WORK – Bought 3, have them right beside me, still get bitten. Absolute rubbish. Should have read the reviews BEFORE I bought. Shame on me!!!
Utterly useless with mosquitos – 3 of them could not attract or kill one mosquito in 20 minutes whilst I sat covered in mosquitos. I sat between the 3 of them they did not kill even one!
Poor not worth rating – Ordered a three pack, one has failed and have sent numerous request emails, contact us forms and the silence from them is deafening. Do not buy!
very disappointing – purchased 2 of the rechargeable model and have succeeded in catching a lot of moths but very few mosquitoes , have 6 water tanks, supposedly mozzie proof but still find wrigglers in the water and know that I should be getting a better result, and have tried them indoors but mainly outdoors over the last 12 months

SCAM!! – Placed an order on the 09/01/2023 and my credit card has been charged. Still waiting to receive the products and they dare to send an email 01/02/2023 to complete my order because my order is sitting in the cart and try to entice me with 55% discount and free shipping. I've emailed them still waiting for a response.

UNKNOWN SHIPPING COSTS AND TAX CHARGES ADDED AFTER YOU BUY! – I was thinking about buying (glad I didn't given the poor reviews on this site) but refused to give them a blank cheque to add shipping and tax charges (which no doubt are very high). It is illegal to quote a PRICE WITHOUT GST so how can they get away with this? US based scam!
BuzzBGone is a scam – If you want a device that attracts mosquito's but does not kill any of them, buy this product, a complete waste of money and when you request a credit you will get emails daily for a few weeks telling you they are really busy and then you hear nothing and no credit.
This product is a joke. I have been hoodwinked – I tried this product for 2 nights. Useless! I had to put on aerogard!! Now it won’t charge. Threw it away. I hope they get caught. Pure dishonesty. Shame on you

Don’t waste your money! – I charged it up, placed it in a dark spot on my verandah as suggested in the information guide, and the mozzies didn’t go near it. They liked me much better. Don’t waste your money. I’m disappointed. Obviously the marketing is excellent to sell a product that doesn’t work.
