Great product and great service from Acee was our installation technician. He did a brilliant job in understanding placement and workarounds to a tricky drilling area on our kitchen for the new tap and was swift in the overall installation of the new Filtap filtered water system. The whole family is loving the true taste of the water from the tap once again.

Sunny was such a gem. Nice and friendly and explained everything in detail went above and beyond and even though he was running late from earlier appointments still attended and installed my new filtered tap at 8pm at night which was really appreciated.

Sunny from filtap was only supposed to replace our clean and clear filter, turns out he was a full blown professional plumbing master, and immediately changed our main kitchen mixer tap, pointed out where leaks were occurring and why, then fixed all our issues on the spot.
