several messages and created support tickets. I finally received a text message asking me to send an email (the address is nowhere to be found online), I eventually got the email address and after sending an email received a response asking to go online and create a support ticket!!! This company is a joke. They are unable to be contacted. All I want is to change the email address on my account so I can track delivery of my retainers. Should be a simple request really.

Get your money back! Now while you can – If you're here because of poor service and angry with them not responding I'm here to help you as much as I can. Get your money back now while there is still a company. Go to the ACCC search for report a service and find the "create a letter" page. Here you can use their template to create a letter that outlines your request for a full refund due to lack of customer service that was promised as part of the agreement with byte Australia. You can use chat gpt to help you write something professional. Email this to them with proof of payment. Get your money back and go somewhere else.. I recently did this and they are processing my refund it'll take 20days but it's better then dealing with them any further

Cannot finish treatment and don’t hear back from Byte – No customer service past the initial stages. last 6 aligners that I cannot use as with the last two bottom sets breaking, my teeth have moved due to mot having a bottom aligner in for 4 weeks, and new aligners don’t fit. I have rang 6+ times, e-mailed and sent contact via the App with absolutely no response regarding issue. Just pay the money for the orthodontist. It is quicker in the long run and you know you will get their support through the process. Byte Aligners are the biggest waste of money I have ever had the displeasure falling for.

During treatment as you would expect there were a couple of times that I used the support chat to leave an outline of my reason for calling. When my query was reviewed either a technical support person (if it was with the app) or a qualified dentist called to talk it through with me.

I finished my alignment treatment in just 4 months and am so happy with the result. I was also expecting a cost for my first set of retainers but they were included in the treatment price! Can't wait to receive them!

to take me 9 months… they took 6 weeks to send me my second lot of aligners. The app is not useful and they do not communicate with you when their app has been unsuccessful. It was only when I requested my second lot of aligners they bothered to check and blocked me every step of the way.

The initial treatment was not up to standard. I raised this concern and only when I paid another $750 they were able to help me. I had committed to this and did a third set of impressions before they stopped all treatment and and are attempting to make me sign a new contract before giving me any information about my treatment - despite it should have already having been done and me already committing to a process. A condition of this is a dentist visit which I cannot fulfil due to living circumstances - also funny when they are a remote company. They will not answer phone calls, return phone calls and are lacking on all communication. Meanwhile they have my extra $750 and have not offered a service.

The ACCC/Fair Trade is being looked into as by the sounds of it, I am not the only person they have done something like this to. I regret ever purchasing from them.

support (useless), an email address for support (no one replies) and a phone line which no one answers or replies to your message. It's unfortunately a company that prays on people who are low on confidence. I can only assume all the good reviews are fake. Please do your research and Google other reviews for this company and you will see more negative reviews. Like myself many are contacting office of fair trading, current affair etc so more people don't become victims.

Very poor if any communication – I was so please with my teeth and how they were coming along but now it has all gone pear shaped. I have emailed over 5-6 times, filled out several support requests, called and left messages and no response. This has been going on for weeks now and I’m stuck in aligners that is broken and not a completed treated plan and no aligners to move forward into. Going to contact Department of Fair Trade. Really not impressed.

Customer service is shocking – Customer service has been really bad throughout my whole treatment. They’re super great at responding in the initial stages up until you purchase your treatment. But no one wants to respond to you after you’ve paid for your treatment. It’s really bad.

and crack as they fit one side then when you use the chewies to try push down they make a sound crack /crunch that hurts. I can't get incontact they don't answer emails? Phone or anything. My bottom aligner is broken and I been wearing it for over a month. Still waiting on a replacement. I paid 4k for this and I'm stressed , paying alot of money to be stuffed around and ignored.. Don’t bother – Byte aligners do not give you the result as promised at the initial consultation. The time frame is unrealistic and infact wavered guarantee as they suggested I wore Aligners for more than a week at a time but also suggest leaving them on longer if they have not yet moved to the desired place before changing. So far so excellent – It was all a very simple process. Chester helped me to understand the process and was helpful in following me up. I like the 3D images of what my teeth will look like.

Straight teeth made easy – Excellent customer service. My day plan only took 8 weeks to get the results & I was happy with the end results, everything is easily tracked in the app you have access too.

Pirates of the dental land – Customer service is slow and painful. Timeframes are unrealistic 3 months = 3 years. Does eventually straighten teeth somewhat. Don't waste your time and money, go somewhere else. They ask for you to review them prior to starting treatment and they send a free gift. Simple bribery, now I understand why they have so many amazing reviews!!

There is no support from BYTE – The support from Byte has been non-existent... I have sent emails regarding the fitment of my aligners and am still waiting for a response several weeks later.

Awesome results for my daughters teeth – I had a few teeth out of place and some overcrowding 12 months of using byte aligners and I’m over the moon with the results I can now smile confidently. Byte service providers got back to me with in a couple of days of requesting support. I had no issues with the company or service.
