Unacceptable Service, Substandard Work, and Zero Accountability – Avoid Call the Cleaners ​I paid $1,166 for a full end-of-lease/vacant clean, including carpet steam cleaning and sanitization, and the entire experience has been an absolute disaster. ​On the initial day, the team arrived two hours late. When I checked the property that evening, the bathrooms were left in an absolute mess, forcing me to clean them myself. The following day, I inspected the rest of the house and discovered obvious cobwebs throughout, which I also had to clean manually. ​Predictably, the real estate agent failed the property during the bond inspection, specifically citing the poor state of the carpets. ​I arranged a re-clean, only to receive a last-minute email claiming the cleaners were off sick. When someone finally attended the next day, they merely ran a quick vacuum over the carpets - no steam cleaning, no sanitization, and zero effort to rectify the real estate agent's concerns. ​Since then, Call the Cleaners has completely disappeared. I have repeatedly emailed and called, but no one answers the phone or responds to messages. They took over a thousand dollars, delivered substandard work, and have now vanished. ​Completely unreliable, unprofessional, and entirely untrustworthy. Save yourself the stress and do not hire this company.
