CameraPro Physical store

I checked online and found that they did indeed have a lens cleaning kit in stock. I drove for half an hour to pick it up en route to a photo shoot to find they DID have one but it was for another customer. None in stock. Poor form.

Professional, courteous, a pleasure to do business with – I've had two purchases in the last week with Camera Pro, on each occasion I called the Brisbane store for a stock check (I've had a few bad experiences with other prominent retailers) and purchased over the phone, the interaction could not have been better. Their web site does show stock but experience has taught me to check even with the best retailers to avoid delays. In the first instance I ordered on Monday and the item was delivered the following day, the second had to come from the Sydney store much further away but one day delivery also . Pricing was competitive. First Class experience, highly recommended.

So helpful – The store was very helpful, have used both physical and online store multiple times. Physical store staffed by actual professional photographers, no pressure sales, happy to answer silly questions or let you play with the gear. Will deal with again.

Sold Faulty Lens and said deal with it – Camera pro at Brisbane is the worse place to buy camera gear from stay clear if you want what you paid for , I bought a Sony fe 70-200 lens and from day one I noticed the lens mount is loose so I called them up , they agreed that I send back to just scrub it off and say normal , I took to teds and camera house and they said 200% not right , so I drove up to camera pro in Brisbane and they said Sony reps don’t like returns and that I should go home and deal with my loose lens and offered no resolution at all , I’m never buying from camera pro ever again
