shipping details. I found this and replied on the 18/8 confirming my details and asking it to please be shipped asap for my job. Received an email on the 20th that they didn't actually have the product? Now I am out for my job as I live in a rural area and nothing will be delivered on time. Wouldn't recommend purchasing with them if you need reliable delivery times.

Poor form – Order placed 02/12. Dispatch email sent 03/12. Chased up on 23/12 and received email on 24/12 that one part of order (an extra pack of film) was unavailable so NO ITEMS had been dispatched. Now on Xmas Eve having to organise refund (which takes 3-7 days) and track down the item elsewhere as it’s needed for XMAS DAY. Very poor business form.

will be available in the middle of January. I wait for the response but they did not communicate at all on the 15th January 2019. I gave them a ring on a few occasions and different people said different pieces of information. However, as I bought Fujifilm cash back lens I was expecting they will provide me Tax Invoice but they did not instead they sent me sales order which is worthless for the Fujifilm Cashback. I had to call again and again send e-mail, again and again, to get a simple thing sorted. Here I strongly doubt their customer satisfaction policy. They are nowhere near to Australian Standard online business. I can not simply believe it they are so crappy seller.

On the 16th January once I rung them one of the customer services folk said Fujifilm Australia has the shortage of those lenses, therefore, I have to wait till the middle of February 2019.
I bought this lens for my Christmas holiday shooting but on this occasion, my money and time went in vain.
Today is the 2nd February (the time of writing the review) and literally, I am absolutely frustrated by their service, therefore, writing this reviews to warn true online buyer not to purchase anything by their online shop. I prefer to visit a physical shop other than any online shop specially Camerapro online.
If you have similar experience please share your experience so that a true buyer will make a logical decision before buying from their online store. Hope this review is a little bit informative and helpful to someone!

from buying a wrong lens. I found her really knowledgeable about what she is doing, a very different from some of my other experiences in Australia where they employ people without any background related to the job and without proper training and they have no idea about what they are doing. Their communication is very prompt, if you place any query, you are sure to get a proper reply within a day. Yes, you might need to pay a few dollars more to buy from them in comparison to grey market sellers, but until now I feel that every penny is worth considering the support and peace of mind you get.

I was a casualty of a Sydney based Grey Importer saga which claimed many victims over the last six months and had ordered this lens plus other gear with that business back in early September. I received some of my gear but not the lens and lost my money only to be luckily refunded by a visa chargeback on Christmas eve, so I was extremely wary and cautious of ordering online again.
After countless hours examining websites and still wanting to purchase this lens, I decided CameraPro seemed to be the right choice, I rang them to see if the items I wished to order were in stock and they were, once ordered they kept me up-to-date by email and phone. I was told there would be a slight delay due to their volume of sales during this period and they still managed to get my order to me before time.
Great service, website, and range of in stock products. I found them to be a highly professional business and am happy I now have somewhere reliable to purchase my gear as I now don't have to travel to a city for hours on end to purchase equipment due to my regional location. Couldn't fault them.

Errors with online purchase – I tried multiple times to make a purchase online, but every time I got the notification saying an error occurred with my purchase and to try again. They'll take the money out of your account though! Just go to JB Hi Fi instead, you'll actually GET what you pay for.

There was no indication that the item was on backorder, this should be made clear on the website listing but is not. The website needs work at the best of times but this is a major oversight. I might not have ordered when I did had I known it wasn't in stock, certainly wouldn't have paid express.

"speak with someone about a new order" they picked up immediately. Whilst on the phone the rep said I had been emailed on the 25th however I have no record of it, nor in spam. Rep quoted an email address that they emailed that did not belong to me nor has any association with my account. Rep then tells me that the items I ordered are "on back order until March 2024" - this is for a bungee strap cable tie type product. Total waste of time. Would never order anything again from them, thanking luck that my order value was only $20 or so.

Delays ... delays .... delays ... over 6 months now – I ordered a camera on 1 August 2021. The website said that it was in stock. It has been 6 months now, and so many promises. As a goodwill gesture, they offered me a $20 coupon. That was the moment I decided that I would simply cancel the order. I should have done so 5 months ago.
All in all, I had the feeling that the customer service team has been told, when the item is out of stock -- "End of next week!". I doubt they were ever truthful.
I had to keep chasing them.
In short -- I felt like a completely dispensable customer. I will never go back.

for orders only over a certain amount $$ but atl... when you're placing a $2000 order to pay securely with PayPal you have to front an extra $30... There is the option for direct debit but then you have to wait for the team to receive and verify the payment the next working day(s) before the order is placed//confirmed etc.

Beware the online store! – Here is the problem. I have ordered a Sony A7iii and a 85 mm 1.8 lens which said on stock in their website. I got the camera body but waiting for the lens for more than a month now. Inquiring about any updates doesn't help as they just keep you in the dark with vague replies. Terrible service. It arrived 2 days after I ordered which is amazing considering I ordered on 29/12/2020. This was also the best price I could find and about 10% cheaper that the nearest store.
