Great sales & service received from all at Camnet, Mitchell Green and the sales team managed to get us a printer unit delivered ASAP when we moved premises at very short notice. Delivery and Installation was prompt & professional, everything was easy to organise and very well provided by Camnet.

Camnet has been very good for our accounting practice, providing the right equipment for our needs. They have an excellent brand in Ricoh. They provide excellent technical support and assistance when required and usually at the office at a reasonable time from when you submit a support call.

Machines work, service is terrible – Rolled off service with Camnet. They were charging over $1900 per month and we ended up going with a different organisation for circa $500 per month. They then proceeded to charge over $6000 as a final invoice because we did not give 3 months notice (we gave 1 month's notice). Do Not go near these [Content Removed].

perfect machine and services – Company has been leasing Camnet print since 2009, printers (multi functional) have been updated few time during the period, it is more worthwhile than own a printer, it has technical and service support plus tonner supply without charges supply and service are the most worrying issues when comes to break down and running out of the consumables, with Camnet , you do not have to worry at all Show reply

CAMNET listened to our requirements and provided us with a new smaller device – We are under a three year contract and trying to change to a smaller printing machine With COVID they called us and asked us to sign a new additional years contract to obtain any discounted rates - they would not offer a discount unless extended contract signed. contract and then did not follow up with us - when we called and spoke to Camnet they said they made a mistake with incorrect information and they could not help us with changing to a smaller printer. The 2nd hand machine is always paper jamming with scanning and technician comes to repair but ongoing issue over last year. Be aware the contract print is so tiny and hard to read They do not explain any terms and conditions and no early termination fee cost. They cannot be kept to their word Go elsewhere

Excellent service – I have been a customer of Camnet for over 10 years and in that time I have found them to be reliable and professional in their dealings. When I have needed toners or service they have always delivered the next day. The staff are courteous and helpful. Show reply

Very poor user experience – The sales team is very active, but the service team is very poor. It's so bad; the sales have been trying to contact me for the past few months wanting me to renew my contract, I made it clear a long time ago that I don't want to renew my contract, I am very disappointed with the service, I want you to pick up the machine but then no response, you are very aggressive when you want to sell me the product and when I don't want to renew my contract and ask you to pick up the machine, you don't respond anymore. This contract is the worst contract I have ever signed in the past.

So glad Im finished with Camnet after 5 years – So we got stuck with a 5 year contract with Camnet. Every time we tried to reduce our costs by supposedly getting a better rate our costs went up. So happy to be done with them and their grubby management. Don't use these guy's go anywhere else. Even look at buying a machine outright as you will save heaps in the long run.

Don't choose Camnet – We have been a customer for a few years. We are stuck in the contract as I didn't realize they keep on refreshing the contract every time we request a change. Now that printing volume is lesser, they wont bring down the cost unless we sign a new 5 year contract.

Don't believe a word they say – make sure you read the small print very carefully and watch out for the following. 1. Have a demonstration and make sure you physically see this happen. Hang onto the output to ensure the quality is the same in the machine they have delivered and installed. We have been seriously stung with this one. according to their response, you must be lying. 2. The delivery guy will had you a document and say it’s just for the delivery as he is leaving the premises, If you are not careful you have just signed a 5 yr maintenance agreement with minimum copy charges. it has been a deliberate tactic of theirs as advised by past employees and one we got stung on. I would never do business with this company again. my personal experience is they are ‘shady’ and have adopted ‘shady business practises’ certainly with us.

Terrible – Their rates are massively inflated. This was the first time I had a photocopier but now I know. I have replaced their machine with a far superior machine for a FRACTION of the cost. Beware their contract as it states you have to return the machine to them. Also, beware that when you try to terminate your contract they will ignore you completely for months to string out the contract further and get a few more payments.

Very bad and dishonest – The worst experience I've ever had, bad service they lock you into a contract where they can trick you be careful be careful be careful and then they'll try and trick you into updating and when you refuse they'll turn nasty and at the first disagreement they'll try to destroy your business with out any remorse . I would never recommended it to anyone just buy a printer out right and and save thousands of dollars.

Showed our contract to other photo copier company they told us we were ripped off BIG TIME. Apparently we have heard now they are nearly [Content Removed]. Go figure. match for their experienced lawyers. If you are not with them, DON'T JOIN. If you are with them, please checkyour agreements and if they are not sticking to them (e.g. are hiking prices above what you agreed), contact the authorities immediately. We were told we had left it too long!

Then a few months later these positive reviews started appearing (well Trump calls it fake news, so maybe, just maybe some of these are fake reviews). Anyway, their sales techniques try to push you into pay per print with minimum volumes per month which ultimately result in a printer costing 3-5 times over the cost of buying a printer outright. They then try to increase the contract price each year by 10-20% sighting clause 9.8. However this clause only allows increases if their costs directly associated with toner and services costs increased. We asked them to prove their costs which they could not and therefore could not pass on the increase. They again tried it on a year later but failed. If you already have an agreement with them and they try to offer an upgrade, don't do it. Just another money hungry [Content Removed] to lock you in at an over priced long term rate.

Terrible: certainly not reliable – The printer quality was terrible. It was a horrible experience to deal with the accounts people. They refused to give us a pay out figure and on top of that, they withdrew more than the agreed direct debit amount without our authority. Avoid them like the plague.

Terrible Customer Service and even worse sales rep – In the end you pay a lot for a little in return. The printer they provided was rubbish and could not even do what it was initially purchased for. Salesman was pushy and pretty much said yes to every question in order to make a sale. Don't make the same mistake i did and do your research.

Excellent Service – We are a small architectural practice that requires large volumes of reliable high quality presentation material. Camnet have serviced our needs for some thirteen year now and we remain very happy with their service. Sales personnel are always polite and attentive and Technical Support are always prompt and appropriately skilled and geeky. We intend to continue with Camnet as our copier/printer supplier.

Superstars! – Having been a Camnet client in my last place of employment, the first thing I did in my new workplace was have Camnet install an updated mfd. Dishonest avoid at all costs – Broken down used photocopier machinery that is at the end of service life. Serviceman basically said that it was unserviceable. Refused to pick up machine and continued to charge. Then threatened to report is to the credit bureau. Stay away from Camnet and Ricoh photocopiers.

Annoying marketing calls – They spam our business with constant marketing calls for a period of time then give it a break for a few months and start again. If their marketing approach is anything to go by I would recommend you avoid using this company.

Fantastic – Have now had two machines from Camnet. Have had very little trouble with either machines. When required service has always been excellent. No hesitation in recommending Camnet. Look forward to many more years.

Terrible – Quote one price and write another greatly increased price on the contract. Supply a machine that is far beyond what is required. Each month advertise free IPad or IPhone but because it is not written on their order it is not forthcoming. Increase cost per copy yearly which is written on a maintenance agreement in minute writing that was not provided until requested.

Best printing machines – I have been a customer with Camnet for 8 years. I have bought several printers of them. Their customer service has been excellent - they have always been friendly and very helpful. A very professional company! I highly recommend Camnet if your thinking of getting a printer.

Two words: nightmare and disaster! – Never pay the invoice based on the calculation they provided, always do the meter counting by ourselves and find out that they always charge us a lot higher than what we were supposed to be billed for. Not to mention that they put up the price without prior notice and really, really terrible customer service. Oh, and the accounts and marketing team are disaster! What a time-and-money-waster.
