simplicity and ease of ordering. That's important to me as some sites you waste so much time going around in loops, just to pay for items. Ridiculous! Good businesses realise that if a customer is going to spend, you have to make it a quick process or the customer will buy elsewhere. Will purchase again.

We made out first order with Melbourne Office Supplies last week and we were pleasantly surprised on how easy it was from start to end. Searching on the website to the product information and checkout worked seamlessly!!

Ordered 30 September, received 31 October. Most important item Duracel 9V battery. I got a Mallory battery (never heard of it) and I wanted the quality of the duracel. So not happy at all.

Incorrect item sent, was promised a re delivery by the companies own driver that never showed up, had to purchase items elsewhere as they were required for a booked job. Was offered a refund within 3 days, it has been 7 days and still no refund. Empty promises and pathetic service.

Payment accepted. Product supply refused – I ordered and paid online and then received this email which sounds like a phishing attempt for my personal details for identity theft. I supplied the requested information and they didn't respond.
