professional clean—but what I got was far from it.

When I arrived at the property, I immediately noticed the microwave and oven had clearly not been cleaned at all. There was grime left in the sinks and around the drains, food residue on surfaces, dirty skirting boards, unvacuumed floors with plaster/dust still present, dirty toilets and smudges left on fixtures. The place did not feel or look clean at all. Comparing photos taken of pre clean and post clean you could see they had not cleaned the property, yet were happy to take our money and refused to refund us for the work they didn’t do.

I followed up multiple times and nearly 2 days later a second cleaner was sent, but they only did the bare minimum of spot cleaning without equipment, still leaving the floors filthy and the job still wasn’t completed. The inconvenience of having to pause moving house for several days to be jerked around by unprofessional al customer service representatives was incredibly stressful.

We were able to provide evidence to support all our claims, however they chose simply to ignore it… horribly unprofessional. Reasoning with them was impossible.

After several back-and-forth emails, I was offered a token $30 refund—less than 5% of what I paid. They even refused to refund the money for the parts of the property they still had left untouched/Un rectified and dirty.

In the end I had to re clean everything myself, including the floors that were not done at all. To think I paid a large amount of money for a half attempted spot clean? Shocking, and disposable business practice.

I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone who values attention to detail or professionalism. I’ve included photos showing the state they had left it in.

Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Hopefully this review helps others avoid being exploited too.
