Dreadful customer service, no delivery after 4 months – I ordered a 12 pack of Dr Pepper. After 4 months and several emails I cancelled my order. it or just straight up lied. This whole time the product I ordered was still listed as in stock on the website, they couldn't even be bothered to update it. It's shocking to me that a somewhat popular drink (at least for a store like this) is completely out of stock for 4 whole months and they had no clue this would happen. I really hope that it was in fact out of stock and they didn't have 12 loose cans they could send me this whole time. This store has some suspicious reviews too, check out the 5 star reviews. Not sure if writing the names here is no good, so look for two reviews that call a specific employee 'built different' from accounts with a single review each made on the same day. Strange. Long story short I don't know if they ever had any intention of fulfilling my order.

7 weeks and still waiting for order to arrive! – Ordered on 24th August 2022, followed by customer service response: "The stock of your order will arrive soon and we want to ensure we get it to you in time." Numerous updates saying "it's coming soon" I cancelled the order on 17th Oct 2022. At least there was a no fuss refund I will give them that. Bottom line - I don't think I would order anything that they didn't have in stock -life is too short!

Fabulous range! – Fabulous range of chocolates and sweets. I bought Callebaut dark callets and Callebaut fine cocoa powder. Bought Allen’s Freckles Nestlè Smarties for my son. Lots of party supplies as well!!

Nice plaxe – Ordered online and picked up onsite. Entering the warehouse you are welcomed by the smell of the chocolates - staff are friendly and very helpful with any queries

No way, never again – Ordered 5 bags od Rainbow Popcorn, within days I received 5 bags of Fairy Floss.. All good, they replaced it with the popcorn... BUT every bag was stale with the used by/best before dates removed from every bag.. Definately won't use company again.

Avoid! – Ordered some items to be informed they didn’t have them. Was offered other items in replace which I declined and asked for a refund. I was then asked when I needed my order by! I again asked for a refund. No reply. Final email to request a refund, no reply.

confirmation of the delivery date or a tracking mechanism with ETA. I decided then to contact the store and was advised they were experiencing delays and my order would arrive in 2-3 days. I was frustrated, but decided to patiently await although I mentioned they could have made that more clear on their homepage or during the purchase (prior to order confirmation) as most business do when they are facing these delivery challenges. I called on the 2nd day again and was advised my order was confirmed to be delivered on the next day. However, nothing arrived. I called back again and the person mentioned I had to send an email because she was not able to check the status of my order. I immediately sent an email informing all the above and my frustration due to the lack of clarity on the website. I heard back from [Name Removed] who never apologised for the inconvenient or the lack of clarity regarding the delivery timelines and delays, but only tried to justify them again and again (showing that there was somewhere hidden in the T&Cs a note saying there could be delays). I did not see a behaviour to understand the customer frustration to improve, I even recommended a note to be included on the webpage and on the delivery option selection outlining the potential delays (as most business do), but was not heard. I reinstated the problem was not the delay itself, which is understandable, but the lack of clarity in the website, the “SAME DAY DELIVERY” note which was on the homepage when I submitted the order, the lack of clarity considering I called them twice to confirm the ETA, and the fact they use a hidden note in the T&Cs to justify they are correct and we are wrong. I finally decided to cancel my order and request a refund which they said will be processed within 5 days.

I will never be submitting an order from this place again. Disappointed with the customer experience!

Quick order process, fast delivery and lovely treats – First time order, I purchased a bulk of the Belgian chocolate hearts as wedding favours and I was expecting something similar to my first failed attempt (overseas order). days later, no news again. Rang them back again on 8/2/21, they claimed they got my email wrong on the system, strange excuse given I received the invoice fine on day 1. As expected, no email again. 10/2/21 - rang them over 10 times this morning, hang up on me once. Finally got to speak to someone, apparently their phone not working. Lost confidence in them, requested refund. Was told 7 business day. Manager on the line not helpful, not apologetic, lots of excuses.

Wish me luck on my refund.

Poor customer service has taken months for an explanation & still no resolution.Unwilling to refund an undelivered item – Candybar Sydney has been unresponsive, and unethical in conducting of their business, unreliable and untimely in getting goods to you that are paid for , unresponsive in issuing a refund or adhering to their policy. Issue from October still un refunded. Very slow service as item was missing due to auspost simple should have been refunded.

Amazing ! – All of my experiences with Candy Bar Sydney have been positive. A fantastic store with amazing customer service representatives. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for chocolates, lollies, balloons or party decorations!

Great user-friendly online shop – I personally had a great experience with my shipment of party decor. I have to admit that I was skeptical as a first-time customer but even amidst the COVID-19 restrictions, my order arrived in less than a week with no problems at all. Highly recommended!

Great service and huge variety for party needs! – Visited candy bar to get supplies for my 21st birthday and left with everything I could’ve possibly needed from candy to table set up to balloons.
