Great Camera – This is a great and easy camera to use. Full frame would have to be one of the biggest advantages when comparing other SLR's. It is a great camera for any style of photography. The ISO goes quiet high which helps in low lighting situations. The camera is also quiet. Excellent good quality body which will last ages. Full frame. Easy to use. It is a… Read more
very heavy camera however most pro cameras are, a little pricey and a little slow when you compare it to the 1D..
Excellent – I've had this camera for only 2 months but I think I've made the right decision shelling out the purchase price. Besides the full frame, the most conspicuous features of the 5D: high ISO settings, i.e., the ability to take photos in low-light conditions without too much noise. The quality I have achieved with the… Read more
camera blows me away. I use a 24-70L 2.8 lens. This camera is used a lot with wedding photography. I believe a new mkII version is due this year, however, this camera will last a while because of its build and quality. On paper the 40D looks comparable but the real difference is the full frame, which can really has to be experienced. Full frame, resolution, solid build, responsive. Nothing comes to mind.
