Thank you! – From start to finish the process of obtaining a quote for removing old carpet and sanding and polishing our wood floors went smoothly and efficiently, the owner was friendly and explained everything clearly, the tradesman who did the work was pleasant and helpful, and we are very happy with the results.

Take full responsibility for all their contractors – Really ended up with a great looking floor, but unfortunately there were some early stuff-ups leading to property damage by one of their contractors which was outside of their control. Without hesitation, Capital Floors took full responsibility. It is so rare in this day and age for a principal to cover damage caused by one of its contractors. Capital floors clearly puts goodwill before profits. I highly recommend them.
