We had Jackson come out twice and on both occasions he tidied up before he left, took all packaging with him and was polite. He worked quietly with no interruptions to our working from home.

I recently needed some work done. Jackson attended. As soon as he came into the apartment he had a smile on his face, Jackson was polite, he told me what needed to be done and then provided me with a quote. Then he got on with the job. I would recommend Captain Cook Electrical Services to a friend

Unsatisfactory – Following previous work contacted them about new problem flickering light. Electrician made appointment to fix the problem them messaged cancelling and never contacted me about a new time/date.

Light fittings and power points – Jackson was on time, polite and did a great job at a great price. Jackson and the boys at Captain Cook were used to change over old lead light fittings and put modern fittings up as well as replacing old and damaged power points. Great job.

Professional, friendly and efficient – Arrived on time for the appointment. Professional and friendly, we were given a reasonable quote and they got onto the work straight away. Fast, friendly & efficient service – It was was easy from beginning to end. We had a number of jobs to complete, some of which had been outstanding for a while as they were a little tricky (awkward high light fittings inside and out, stuck globes etc).
