We had Tyrone relpace our toilet. The toilet did not fit properly, so Tyrone stopped and had a chat to us to explain what the issue was. He came up with a solution that left us very happy. We found him to be honest and passionate at what he does. Thank you very much.

accepted today. A deposit had to be paid the same day. Reluctantly I accepted the quote, and paid the deposit. I was leaving for work and phoned the company to complain about the sales tactics (accept the quote, today’s price etc) I put the quote on hold until I received other quotes. Two other quotes were substantially cheaper than this company. I request a refund of my deposit. After futher discussion and emails a refund of 90 % of the initial deposit was received. However this took longer than the expected 5-7 business days, and required more emails to be sent.

Based on my experience with this company, I wouldn’t recommend them.

I’m the home owner and was away on holiday and my daughter and her partner were taking care of the place. copper tubing and joints would cost less than $100. The total cost of the job came to over $800. When I got back from my holiday , I called them for a breakdown to find out the labour cost. I was told that they only quote for the whole job. They do it this way ,so that they can rip off vulnerable people who are not aware of prices. Do not fall for the 5 star reviews given by others. If it was possible I would give them zero stars. The Victorian Consumer Affairs have them listed on their “Public Warning “ list.

Excellent - on time, good communication and most importantly, works all seemed good and professionally executed. The team being Steve, Daniel, Harry, Abdul were all great but special mention to Tyron who went above his duties to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction including removal of all rubbish, even rubbish left by other people. We needed a plumber and after a call Steve (plumber) was with us in quick order. In assessed the issue and had our washing machine problem fixed in no time. A fantastic service, efficient, effective and Steve knew his stuff.

Tyron came and installed a new hot water system for me and did a fantastic job, I also had a problem with pipes making a loud banging noise when turning taps off. Thoroughly recommend General Home Services following my Panasonic Air Conditioner service. The serviceman arrived on time, was quickly on the job and serviced the a/c with a minimum of fuss.
