Do not buy. They never send them, and they never respond to emails. Which is the only contact method available. I successfully claimed the money back through dispute with my bank.

had a great experience – i was terrified after reading reviews after i had already ordered. but i really dont know what all the hate was about. mine are perfect, we ordered for two cars and i dont think we will need the clips provided as they are firmly attached enough with the magents for now ordered from these guys are swearing off snap-shades for life

refunded the money. THEN I get a notification that it had been sent out for delivery a month later… today they’ve rocked up and they fit great haha. And best part, I paid $0 for them! I have a 2017 Nissan x trail, yes the shades are from China, however, they fit my car perfectly. Win win for me

Ordered & Delivered 2018 Tiguan Car Shades for my back two doors – Not sure about why the others have complained so much, but I had placed an order for my car's shades and they were delivered and fit perfectly on my 2018 Tiguan. I started a dispute process with my bank that I will withdraw at the time of writing this post. The seller posted the item via AusPost with tracking provided and uses shopify.

Should have done some review research before ordering - it's been 4 weeks and my order has still not arrived. I have had no response from customer service, and there's no number to phone. Lesson learnt!

Ordered car shades on 11th February, 4 weeks ago. Still no sign of product, apparently label for Australia post was created on 19th but still hasn’t been picked up. No response via email. Regrettable order. Very poor.

If I could give 0 star rating I ordered the Peugeot sunshades. When they arrived, they didn’t fit the car windows. I emailed the company directly to their info@car-shades.com.au to rectify the issue, I never received a response. I did a follow-up email with no response. I have now issued a bank refund through my bank to follow up with this issue. Worst customer service worst product. I do not recommend avoid at all cost

seemed to still fit the windows and after a long wait for them to arrive I’m not gonna send them back for another potentially 4-6 week wait time for potentially another mismatched shade and the corner shades aren’t perfect either but same again. Given all the bad reviews I was thinking I was not going to see them arrive but if they were upfront and honest about delivery times and where they were coming from I wouldn’t have been so harshly reviewing them as I am now but seeing as I have received them and they fit (just) I am giving it. 3/5.

Avoid these scumbags like the plague they are. Wrong sized shades sent, when Car Shades were emailed they wanted pictures of the shade fitted to the car. Not sure how they expected me to do this, the thing was way to big for my vehicle. No reply to emails, piss poor service. But that seems to be they way this peasants deal with their 'customers'. Cheat and steal and hide behind the internet.

Update from last month received shades wrong size , multiple emails to company and no replies. Escalated it with our bank , will be receiving a refund in a couple of days. I urge anyone who has been ripped off to get their bank involved for a refund.

Very dodgy! – We bought car shades from this company a few years ago and they were ok. Tried to buy more recently and product never arrived, and no response to emails. Trying to recover $ through our bank. It is an overseas company and seems to be a sham - should be shut down.

Scam - avoid – I ordered shades for my car and they didn't fit. These were returned and no refund was provided nor was their any response provided when I emailed them. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Please do yourself a favour and avoid them.
