The dismantle and assemble of the furniture was done so efficiently that I couldn’t expect more. It’s usually very hard to please me, but I was really really very happy with their efficiency and care. I also asked them to relocate the furniture from downstairs to upstairs as I didnt like the initial setup which was done in my instruction. They were happily doing it. The bonus part is they charge by 15 mins for additional hours, which is a huge plus point if you stress about budget. Would certainly recommend them to everyone, specially if you ever had negative experience.

Affordable if thing go smoothly, terrible if not – Booked a Brisbane to Canberra house move first quarter 2023. Quote was a decent saving on others but not ridiculous for dedicated truck. The customer service point of contact for keeping you updated suddenly stopped answering calls after she got the sale and securing deposit. When very large unmarked truck turned up house contents didn’t even fill half the trailer. Only 1 of the 3 understood English. Some furniture had minor damage and some belongings missing. I wonder if it really was a dedicated job the way they went about packing and negotiating ETA. Offered a discount on payment. Mostly bad luck, but ?? about some aspects of the business made it much worse.

Seamless, stress free move! – Marwan and George made moving furniture from Sydney to Melbourne as stress free and easy as possible. They were friendly, efficient and careful with all of our belongings - it made moving a whole lot easier than past experiences. Would definitely recommend and use Careful Hands Movers again!

Great movers – The guys from Careful Hands were awesome, they took their time to make sure all of our furniture was well protected before it was loaded and happily took our items upstairs at our new place. Both of the workers were friendly and efficient and we appreciated all their help with the move! We moved from a 3bdr house, about 1.5km.

Fast and efficient – Marwan and George arrived on time, they were quick and efficient with moving everything from a storage unit to a house. They put me at ease with the move, friendly and reassuring me it was an easy move. Would recommend to anyone looking for removalists.

Can't get any better – Can't get any better than them guys I think, they worked for about 10 hours straight without no complaints and with a big smiles on there faces. Their experience showed in how they negotiated our very difficult staircase and steep block access with the utmost care for our home and furniture. I was impressed that they called for a fourth person to help move my precious piano.
