brokers to be mislead and misinformed. A lender actually contacted me and said I was wasting his time if I didn't put in an application there and then over the phone. This was just after I asked him for some basic information...interest rate, fee's and T&C's. This information was never provided.

I wasted 3 weeks fielding this rubbish, regurgitating the same information over and over whilst never actually being heard.

Then I found Megan and she listened to me and acted promptly, I only had to provided information once as she could recall where we last left of. Wow I think this is called customer service!

It took 2 business days from my first conversation with Megan to loan approval and actual funds within 10hrs deposited into my account. Besides a fast result, she communicated every step of the process and found me a fantastic lender with a significantly lower fixed rate then i had been quoted previously by others. This was achieved with less than half of the documentation and private information required by others.

I'm extremely happy with the entire experience and the best outcome for me financially.

Thank you Megan, you're a rare find and it's been an absolute pleasure...if only there were more professionals like you out there.

Not worth it. I regret the decision – 1 star is very generous. I only went with them because they were recommended by their sister company, Onlineauto.com.au When I applied for the loan, the documents that the broker asked for were very vague but I did my due diligence and provided him with more documents. (which could have been avoided if he only asked for them beforehand). The following day, asked again for another document (again, which could have been avoided). This went on and on with requiring more documents (sometimes repetitive). I get that the lender may require more documents but as a paid broker, they should know what documents are required to make the whole process smooth and quick. By the way, they're not only paid by commission, but they also have a "loan origination" fee (which is not cheap), and thus we should expect they know what they are doing. What I mean by that is, they should be one step ahead of the lender in terms of document requirements. I have dealt with other good brokers before and that's how they normally operate.

Also, initially, the broker is not very responsive to calls or polite e-mails. If I had not written a not-so-polite e-mail, only then they were very active in updating me on the status of the application.

Stay away at any cost – Terrible service. Don't go ahead with these guys. They give you one interst rate first to get your application in and then increase it. Also they charge $1250 per application as their fee which is very high as industry avarage is aroud 700. they will ruin your credit score and credit file and finally doesn't give any resolution. Stay away from them.

No response – I did the online thing and got an email and a text asking me when the best time was to call (automated) which I responded to and then nothing. Zilch. Nada. Not real good customer service.

The car your promised may take longer then you think at a higher cost – So I originally contact them in a previous customer and wanted to get a new car they were very helpful at first but after about 4 weeks of no contact I kind of had to get worried and then I complained in said look they just not showing any interest. alot of things which made things quite stressful. So first I was promised a car by Christmas that never happened I ended up having to.wait till February and I didn't even get the colour I wanted. Mind you I started this application in November. The lady said eveything was good I got a loan payment if $400 a month which I thought wow that's good it's worth the wait. January comes by no car and my loan amount has gone up to a crazy $760 a month. By this point I was like why bother all this stress for nothing. Bit I really wanted this car after all I have waited this long. I said cancel it in rage but the boss calls back and really does nothing to help but we agreed an extra year on the lease to get it lower. The car finally comes in. Now back in Dec I said just any colour as I gave up on the colour I wanted as Hyundai said it will be a 3 month wait on top of the time I already been waiting. Carloans sell my current car for next to nothing to a whole seller because again they promised ill get a better amount then a dealer. I didn't I got less but at this point I was like well this is kind of my fault but the point is eveything was build of a lie. If I had known from the start I wouldn't have bothered they lie to get you in and then U wait so long U might well just go thru with it. So in all I finally got the car the service was rubbish and the Hyundai dealer was even worse but they claimed I brought the car from a fleet so I didn't get anything like a normal retail person would get by walking in.
