I’ve used CMC twice now and really can’t fault their product or service. Most recently, I wanted a custom size mat for our golf cart (because I know how good the car mats are!!), Cristina was so helpful and quick to reply to my queries. The product arrived as discussed and my Husband couldn’t be happier!
Really lovely colour. Sangria Purple. Quality is also brilliant. Put them to the test over the weekend. Went for a country drive to visit some caves and it was raining and muddy. Came home after and dried them out after a quick hose. Dried fast for winter and there are no marks left. Will be back asap to get the rest of the set and a boot mat! Shipping was fast and the packaging was great. Super easy to install and fit perfectly. 10/10
Love my front & rear mats. I went for black and they are perfect. So easy to install. I have a lot of gravel where I live and was constantly vacumning. No need with these. So easy to shake out. Can not wait for my boot mat.

enough! They are certainly sturdy with a bit of weight in them and the backing really grips to your carpet. The additional Velcro backing steps are also provided to keep them stable. Totally love the Bondi blue colour and I'm pleased I selected the black heel pad for the driver's mat. Due to this they gave me a bonus of the step mat which has come in handy already. I've used it on the entry from my garage to the Kitchen. Totally recommend and I've noticed a big difference where sand is involved. It just disappeared into the mat and they still look clean. My only disappointment was I couldn't afford to get a boot mat at the time. Will have to save for that now :)

I originally wanted the Daytona Yellow, but I ended up choosing the Vivid Burgundy — and honestly, it blends perfectly with Lancey’s colour and gives the interior a classy premium look.

Brian in the back of the ute… game changer. He’s way more comfortable, no slipping around, and they give him a bit of grip + cushioning which I love for his joints.
They’re custom fit so everything sits properly in my new Ford Ranger (no bunching or sliding), and they’re easy to clean which matters with a dog that brings half the outdoors home with him.
One of those upgrades you don’t think about… until you have them.

For my '24 ranger wildtrak. Amazing Mats! Quality is 2nd to none. Cushy feel under the feet. And paying that little extra for drivers foot pad is A+... the underside material, very strong! Prompt service, great customer support. The car mats are visually pleasing, soft under the feet and perfect fit - no more sliding & adjusting around the pedals. Boot looks great too. Seems durable enough.
Follow-up · Very easy to clean - either pull the mat out & shake or vacuum with the nozzle. The mats don’t move as much as any other cat mats, so pedals aren’t affected. Boot mat handles heavy items really well, stays the same. Overall I am still very happy with my purchase.

7th of January now. I have been asking for a refund (through email as that is the only way you can contact them) as I never received the products intended as Christmas gifts. After some correspondence, I was offered a boot mat to be sent with the products as compensation, even though I have been adamant about getting the refund because Christmas is already past. Last email from them was from 31st of December. They have not replied to my succeeding email since.
UPDATE: 9th January all of a sudden I received several consecutive texts in the afternoon saying the items were about to be delivered, and just within a few minutes they were. No boot mat though. I did not open it initially but emailed cs straight away to ask about how they will get it back so I can get a refund. Nope. Again, they were telling me to try it out and hope that I won't send it back. There's no winning with this company.
LESSONS: Don't order unless you don't mind waiting a while. Don't order as a gift because it will not arrive on time. Never expect a refund because they will say and do everything to not give you a refund.
I am not changing the rating because I am not happy at all with this exchange and I will always give this honest review to whoever asks me about it.

liner would allow for this, or did I have to remove the boot liner to fold a seat up (keeping in mind this particular model doesn't actually have a boot unless the seats are folded down). I recieved an email back asking for further information including the model and size (3 or 4 door) - I happy provided this again, assuming that it was missed. The reply I recieved to my enquiry was a link to the product & instructions on how to purchase. Again, I had listed the product I was enquiring about & can easily see how to make a purchase. I was enquiring about photos of the product as the website does not have photos of the product in question. Again, I asked for photos, and have not recieved any reply since. I question the validity of this company & whether they do supply products after ordered as they don't seem to be able to provide information about the products they supply. Be wary when purchasing from this company.

Postage times are pretty slow and while the car mats feel very nice and look great, they do not fit as well as what they claim. I bought an entire set and have contacted customer support with my dissatisfaction, but I have been told that a 1-2cm gap in the boot liner can be normal, and that "Our mats are designed not to extend over the elevated sections of the floor" (direct quote from an email response). Considering the cost of these mats, this is simply not good enough. For what these mats cost, I expected a much better fit without gaps and for the elevated sections of the rear floor to be covered as well.
While are they good, I don't think they are as good as what we are led to believe, and the price is too high.
If you are considering these mats, just be aware that the fit is not going to be perfect and and some sections of your car floor and boot liner won't be covered.

Update: A third delivery was sent to me. The Back Row Bridge Piece, that I paid extra for, was finally received. The Back Row Bridge Piece is too big and doesn't sit flush. off excess parts to the Passenger Side Mat, the Back Row Bridge Piece (so it fits better and flush) and to the Driver's Side Mat from the previous deliveries. I won't be making any alterations to the Boot Mat at least. Changed this from 1 star to 4 stars.
So much for "Custom-Fit Precision & Sleek Design". The mats "appear to fit well". They use words like "snug fit", "covering every nook and cranny". In reality, its more like close enough is good enough. Let's gaslight them to accept "almost mats". This is what they really meant to say "Please note that due to the custom-fit design, minor imperfections are considered normal."
Not custom at all. One side ride up as they are oversized. The other side they are short leaving gaps.
After receiving the initial delivery, I was told back row was only 2 pieces not 3 as in their photos. Paid extra for a bridge piece, but it never came.

mat with no heel pad and split rear mats that leave my center carpet exposed. When I contacted customer service with video proof that their website explicitly shows these features upon selection, they dismissed it, claiming the images are "for reference only." Very disappointed with the misleading advertising and lack of accountability.
My son brought a set for his car and they looked great, so i got a set for my car, they are perfect for a 4x4 because of the stone and trash your feet drag in, love them.
I love these car mats. I had them on my last car and when I purchased my brand new Rav 4 I just had to get the deep purple mats for my car to match the rest of the interior. They are fantastic mats. Durable and water proof as well as soft under foot. I purchased the mats with the boot mat and the pet mat for my back seat. I could not be happier.
Nearly 3 week turn around from order to delivery, very ordinary customer service, not even a “sorry for the delay” Wouldn’t recommend on my first buying experience
Bought a steering wheel cover, based on description of 208 Peugeot as advertised on website, got the product and is too big, customer service is shocking not only but struggled to get an answer, finally told to pay postage to return which will end up costing $30 just to get a refund of $28, will never buy again, as this is not as described and is an error on the business behalf, save yourself the hassle.
