NEVER USE THEM – Never ever use them! My carpet was meant to be dried by them, instead they claim to have done water evaporation and an anti mould spray but the carpet was soaking wet for 5 days. Very poor customer service, they don’t even have a proper email or number set up. Never use them, don’t waste your time!

cancel & they tried to tell me I can’t cancel as been sent to colleague already but I can reschedule to next week next month whenever I want. I said no thank you just cancel so she said ok well you will now have to pay a cancellation fee. I said I booked 5 minutes ago I will NOT be paying a cancellation fee. Then they decided to try fight with me over the phone so I ended up having to say no just cancel and I’m not paying and hanging up on them.

Absolute scam – They are a scamming company DO NOT USE! Came to clean my carpet, made it worse ($120), then came back to patch repair it, was a horrendous job ($380). Was told it would blend in. Have now had to get someone else to fix the patch, and they refuse to give me a refund because the repair man never gave me an invoice. Never ever use them they should be in jail.

SCAM - Do not book with this company they're a waste of time – Booked an appointment with them to repair a patch in our carpet. Called them after being half an hour late - told me they would call back in 2 minutes with an update. Called them after another hour and a half - told me again they would call back in 2 minutes Another hour called them and cancelled. Company is a scam - don't bother booking with them they will just waste your time!

AVOID THIS COMPANY – Over priced, doesn’t do a good enough job thinks 30min is a deep clean job carpet was left worse than before took 2 days to dry still stinks Iv called and emailed multiple times they keep saying they can’t help me and someone will call. Tried to extort cancellation fee – I rang to inquire about price and ended up making a booking on the spot. Then I read these reviews and decided to cancel and rang them back. I explained I wanted to cancel because of poor online reviews. They attempted to get a cancellation fee from me and explained that the reviews were unfair. I told them I would provide a review and they dropped the cancellation fee. I can't comment on the quality of their services.

Horrible experience. Poor customer service. Carpet not cleaned – Quoted $150, charged $280!!! Took less than 15 mins to clean one room. Asked them to clean a bedroom which a puppy had urinated in, they upsold me to DELUXE as guaranteed to remove urine. Still smells. Very pushy and threatening to pay immediately. Customer service useless, kept getting passed around to various sales people or constantly put on hold. I wish I’d done my research before booking. Totally disgusted!

The cherry on the cake was that none of the stains came out! I have a very clean carpet but there are a few spots and nothing was lifted out

sure if this was an appropriate price - I then was told by a friend of "Adelaide Fibre Dry" - who is an amazing, Australian owned business. They offered it to me for much cheaper and [Name Removed] on the phone was LOVELY! Go with them! I rang back Carpet Clean "Expert" (5 minutes after getting off the phone to them) and politely said I would no longer be needing their service - they asked why and were very aggressive on the phone to me...he then proceeded to tell me that I had to pay a $100 CANCELLATION FEE?! I hung up, fortunately they did not have my bank details. I am very glad I didn't give them my money because quite frankly, I would rather pay more with a nice company than pay $120 for junk. Clean up your customer service skills Carpet Clean "Expert" (more like rude). I can see why you have a 1 and half star review! 29 people wouldn't get you back...lets make that 30. Threatened with legal notice – Booked a same day service early (7am) for a 2pm clean and called back at 8:45am to cancel. Was told as it was a same day they had to charge me $99.. I said I wasn't willing to pay as it had only been circa 1 hour since I booked. They then said that they would send out a collection notice from their legal team. Lol

1 room- $2400 for carpet clean and water extraction! – This was shocking. The guy attended, busy for 1 hour and have us $2400 invoice!!!!! We had negotiate and he went down to $1600 (after 10 seconds) and then to $1200 after next minute. He wanted to rip us off!

Absolute disaster – We engaged this company to repair a small area of damaged carpet. he ripped up some existing carpet and moved it to the new part, then told us the new hole in the carpet can't be repaired and we'd need to buy new carpet - so basically they made it worse than it was originally. Wish we'd checked the reviews before engaging this company. Charged us $550 and now we need to get carpet replaced.

Traumatic experience – late, disorganized & no clue on lounge / carpet clean, overcharged. Lounge saturated, floor pool of water and didn’t even looked clean? I refused to pay and asked them to leave, he refused to leave after asking him 10 times!! He became aggressive, threw his gloves and vacuum on the floor, had to call police. NEVER EVER AGAIN!! I have also reported them to the ACCC!

Charged more than quote and no change in state of cleanliness – charge over $100 more than quoted and there is little to no difference in the couches. appalling job. they have said they will call me back multiple times and they have not.

Disgraceful – Didn’t get stains out. Carpets don’t look any better than if I’d vacuumed. Arrived later than planned. Charged more than quoted Carpet still very wet after 7 hours, they told me dry within 4 hours

NEVER use this company – They were engaged to assist with carpet cleaning post flooding. Upon their arrival we were quoted $450 for each small room (would have been cheaper to re-carpet it). An absolute price gouge and we didn't use their services. People are in a vulnerable position post flooding - incredibly unethical approach.

Never Use this company in your life – Terrible quality job, needs redoing. tried calling 6 times in 9 days and each time they just say we will call you back and no one ever does. please never use
