I am shocked by some of the reviews for this business below. I couldn't recommend them more highly. They picked up our rug (White Boucle) which had discolouration marks and pet stains that we tried to remove but made a mess of and the rug has come back looking brand new. They did an amazing job, please give them a go!

was particularly disappointing. On contacting their manager, they apologised, but refused to revisit our home to rectify the issue. Their approach to our request to rectify is extremely disappointing and unprofessional and leaves us with no alternative but to share their poor behaviour with others looking for a decent professional job. They barely put any effort and done a quick unprofessional job leaving my couch looking almost the same, and it was clear they had no interest in doing a proper job. daily. Unfortunetly the stairs looked no different and I had a yellow mark on my carpet upstairs that was not there before the clean. I contacted them several times with emails so they could come back and do the stairs again and included photos. They rang me one afternoon saying they would be over the same day but i was at work, the same thing happened a second time saying for me to be there but I couldn't as I work most days. Because this became a problem I asked could they refund for the stairs and they said they don't refund nor do they seem to care to come out on a day when i am able to be home and I did give them options for that, only when it suited them when they were in the area it seemed. They also sent me an invoice with a big overdue stamp on it and I paid on the day of the cleaning however no paid invoice was given to me. I had to provide them with a statement to prove it was paid before the receipt came. Very disappointed with you guys. Your lack of care in my situation when there were options for you to fix things and me to recommend your services obviously means nothing to you.

Great Service and Cleaning – Last time I asked for a heavy duty cleaning on the carpet as my carpet was really really bad. They did very good cleaning and among the other company, their service was very excellent. The cleaner was very friendly and he did a very good job.

Life Savers! – Amazing service from the Brisbane company when rain flooded part of house I am the agent for a week out from Christmas. They came very promptly and had the rooms dried and carpet cleaned within a few days. As a real estate agent and onsite manager I couldn't ask for better service and will ensure I pass details of this company to colleagues in the property management business.

Rude service over the phone – Called up to find out details about their chemical free cleaning and to check what was involved , the person who answered was irate and annoyed at me for wanting to know details and was rude. Customers are entitled to know what they are getting in a service so they can make a decision. It is poor customer service to get irate just because they are asking you for details.

to cart up the gear from the street, and refused to do the job. Left us high and dry. Complained to Carpet Kings and they said they'd rectify it and call us back and they never did. Poor management and an unpleasant experience. Called a competitor and they were more than happy to take our money and park on the street, no problems.

Wasted my time – I took the day off and scheduled everything that I had to do. Received a phone call 40 minutes before the appointment, telling me that they will be 2 hours late, throwing out everything that I had planned. I took the day off for nothing. Very unprofessional. I will be looking elsewhere.

Professional and Friendly - 5 stars – Our lounge room flooded when our washing machine decided to over flow and flood our unit.
