creaking at their expense. There were never any difficult discussions on who would pay for the fixes – they just got on and fixed it at their expense. Paul and Michael were professional and easy to deal with and their honesty and integrity is well appreciated. I always felt that I was dealing with a company with a high degree of honesty and integrity. Their installer, Nick, is a true craftsman and delivered a fantastic end result with levelling the floor, installing the timber and rectifying the initial squeaking. excuses about the weather and moisture despite it is their responsibility to ensure they done the right checks before installation. - We could not rest in our newly build house for three months now due to the continues issues in the flooring.
