from 3 of the big name chain brands in the area and was surprised at how high the cost was (and how complicated they made their pricing) but worst of all for my situation was it would be several weeks before any could deliver and install.

I Googled around for carpet companies on the North Shore and spotted Carpet Town, read all the reviews like this one (59 all 5 star on Google reviews) with most raving about Kens attention to detail and service. I made a call and under a week later had brand new installed carpet. Ken picked up the keys from my Real Estate agent, gave me a range of very competitively priced carpets that were in stock and available, had the place measured and quoted within a couple of days, and the carpet installed in 48 hours after I gave the go ahead.

Exceptional service. Ken couldn’t have made the process easier. I am very happy to recommend. My real estate agent in charge of the sale thought it gave the place a dramatic lift and totally transformed it. If you are thinking about putting new carpet in to give your home or rental property a lift especially to attract a higher sale or rental price, I would definitely recommend asking Carpet Town and Ken to quote as well. Post Sale Update: Within the same 6 months, my next door neighbours unit sold for $670k, my other neighbours sold for $780k, my place $845k. All on the same floor next to each other. All the same size with the same layout. Mine had new paint and Kens carpet. Mine popped and stood out! If you want the best price for your place, just call Ken and ask for him to have a look.
