our great nephew, who is turning three, and he likes to pull things apart and put them back together again. Kellie said come with me and showed us this toy which had three different types of trucks with sixty one removable parts plus a battery operated drill. To cut a long story short we bought it which saved us a lot of time and stress. Our great nephew absolutely loved it. I was specifically trying to source Scalextric extensions and accessories. Each store I spoke were helpful, but Casey’s Erina were exceptional with locating exactly what I was after, clarifying with product code, as I checked on the web. Appalling Service! – Absolutely disgraceful service! I took my children and their friends in to the Wollongong store, to pick out a toy for a party present for each of them. others would wish to buy due to health and safety reasons. The girls stood there upset and speechless, then thinking they needed to return the bears. I would strongly advise you train your staff to not attack paying customers ESPECIALLY CHILDREN when and actually offer assistance instead. My entire family will not be returning to any of your stores and I hope you feel ashamed. Innocent children, clutching the toy they chose to be made to feel in the wrong.

Will buy again – I'll buy again. Prices are great. I made an order and I got it in 2 days which is excellent!

Fast order processing & shipping, excellent price – I haven't received the item yet but so far the order processing speed & tracked delivery with CouriersPlease is impressive. The item was on sale, so, cheaper than elsewhere even with postage added. I like that at the time of ordering you have a chance to authorise the courier to leave item at your premises & where.

Go out of their way to find what you want! – I ordered several Hot Wheel items from Casey’s Toys. Got a phone call 3 days later saying they had sold out. Was so disappointed. But Casey’s toys found what we had been after and rang as back. Show reply
