Hi I am a member since 2016. Today when I open the website it came up with a message saying the owner set an 'Access denied'. When I have just use booked for my holiday and was waiting for my rewards fund to became valid???

Why aren't they tracking properly? No ad blockers, and cookies enabled. Contact Help who approve Cashback, then they deny it when time for payment Sucking us in no?
Hi cbourl, There are many reasons why a store will not pay cashback and they can include issues with the tracking from the store to Cashrewards, payment and processing issues, and other factors. These are outside of the control of Cashrewards and we would like you to know that Cashrewards cares about you and is on your side. Rather than blaming us for missing cashback we are the ones who assist you in getting cashback from a store you have purchased from. Not all transactions are approved by all stores for the reasons provided and our loyal members know that and know they can contact Cashrewards for help when needed. If a store does decline cashback, then the store may not be willing to provide cashback from your purchase and this can happen for every member of every cashback website and is a part of the cashback process. However, when a member reaches out for help we are happy to investigate and provide more clarification, and sometimes are able to resolve an issue with a store in your favour. Cashrewards have 1.8 million members making millions of transactions each week and we will always do out best to help each one of them to get cashback from a store if we can. Hi, If i don't link my credit card. How do i get the cashrewards from participating vendors?
Hi Lesley, I hope you're having an amazing weekend, and thank you for reaching out! I'll start off by clarifying that you do not need to link your credit card to Cashrewards to be able to get cashback on your online transactions through our platform. All you need to do is go to the store's page on the Cashrewards app or website, click on the "Shop Now" button and make your purchase as normal. As long as you're clicking through to the store from our platform, and adhering to the store's terms, your cashback will be visible in your Cashrewards account.
Card linking is only necessary if you would like to get cashback on your in-store purchases with our selected partnered stores. Therefore, if you do decide to link your credit card to Cashrewards, and then use the same card to shop in-store, then you will receive cashback on those transactions as well.

What does Bad Merchant mean when I click on a merchant in Cashrewards. It looks like it will load up merchants Web pages bad then shows bad merchant?

It's a scam. They don't pat it back to you. Having this issue withdrawing my rewards and i get an sms code copy it and says it's incorrect but then if I go to update anything that send me an sms code and type it in it works no issue. This proves to me to me it done on purpose to stop you being able to withdraw your rewards cause it's the only time the verification code doesn't work do3snt matter how many times u try. Seeing this don't trust the company one bit and complete scam probs stealing your details dare of birth and bank or credit card information as the site is set up to not do as it says. Seeing red flags. Have deleted account as not spending hours and days relying to chase what the promote site to do to be done and show bad business ethics. When a vero code works for everything else besides when withdrawing cash. Don't trust this company. Keep yo u r identity safe delet all your person and bank information as this site is sey up to steal that not do as it says

At 11.47pm, via the Cashrewards app I click through to the store which is offering 10% cash back until midnight then 4.00% I shop/purchase & checkout at 12:18pm. The cash back is approved at the lower amount & not at 10%. I’ve previously read that I need to complete the purchase within 3 hours of clicking onto the store to receive the cashback. Please advise if the purchase is entitled to the 10% at the time of clicking. Regards Amanda

Hi there,
I enjoy the app and UI and have accrued a few hundred dollars in cashback. The only issue I have (and it's a rather big one) is that, though I've clicked the button to withdraw to my bank account and my cash back appears to have left my in app wallet, I have not actually received my cashback to my nominated bank account or any confirmation around when the money will arrive. I've been waiting approximately two weeks...
What should I do?

Is it reliable like is it ok for me to put my card info on it
Hi and thanks for the question. Please note that card details only need to be entered if you wish to use our services at participating in-store merchants, as opposed to online. If you do decide to opt in, providing your credit card number is fine. We do not request expiry date, name, and/or CRN - only the 16 digit card number - which is not stored by Cashrewards. The details are encrypted and stored by the relevant credit card providers.

Yes ive had no issues with regards to using card details. As stated above I've registered card details at time of making transaction only.
How do I get targeted email discounts? There have been a alot now that that say ' Sorry, you're not eligible for this offer. How do I get eligible?
Sorry but my emails from Cashrewards are just about shopping offers. I did however in the past use what I thought was an associated company called RewardsCentral (I am sure that they were linked) and I regularly receive invitations to do surveys from them and I have given up as I am never who they are looking for and as such not worth my time to even open the email.
Hi Ro P, and thanks for the question. If you're not eligible for an offer then you would not have received an email from Cashrewards. Further, different promotions are targeted at different members. Please ensure you are subscribed to newsletters in your Settings to have the best chance of qualifying for one in future.

My refer a friend cash reward got declined. I purchased from chemist warehouse and it was approved but Declined after 3 months. Iam sure I was eligible for this offer. I also sent a mail with order history but no response

If I want to buy something from Myer but do not want to set up a Myer account, can I just use my sister's Myer account? (accrue Myer one points on one account etc.) Not just Myer but online retailers in gerneral. Kogan etc.
Also if a retail (Kogan etc) only offer cashback on the first purchase is there any benefit in going through cashrewards? Will cashrewards work if I refer a friend to Cashrewards and they buy something as an existing member of a retailer (kogan etc)?
Hi, and thanks for reaching out. The store account (Myer) used when clicking 'Shop Now' from Cashrewards has no bearing on cashback as there is no direct correlation between the two. Please ensure however you read and abide by the terms for each of the stores on Cashrewards before shopping.
As for first shop stores such as Kogan, cashback can only be achieved on first transaction as defined by Kogan themselves, so referring a friend who is an existing member will not work. Again, please read the individual terms for each store.

Hi James just one last thing. So as I understand it, while the person referred won't obtain any benefit from shopping through cashrewards on Kogan or other like stores. Do either of us at least qualify for referral bonuses?
(A “Qualifying Purchase” means any purchase through the Cashrewards system in line with the prevailing terms and conditions which results in cash back to the member.) A lot of the people I know already have existing accounts with online retailers, so do we then have to pick and choose which deals we use as some of them don't offer cashback seemingly and are just a straight discount like 30% shoes etc.

Hi again. The person referred will benefit provided the terms for that store are met. If they are a new buyer at Kogan, they will benefit. Most stores on Cashrewards are fine for return shoppers. There's only a handful that are explicitly first time shoppers only (ie Kogan).

I received an email notification confirming cash rewards for a purchase on AliExpress. I waited for 3 months for the rewards, only to find that the rewards was declined. So I made an inquiry to Cashrewards. The reply is AliExpress did not give any specific reason. As Cashrewards has not received the rebate, they can't pass on any rewards to me. Is no specific reason a legit excuse to decline the rewards? If you are going to decline rewards that was confirmed in writing, shouldn't you at least specify the reason?

Please clarify "Cashback is valid for one (1) transaction only." Scenario: click thru your website to Dan Murphy's and order one bottle of whiskey and six bottles of wine as one transaction in the cart. Is that considered as one transaction? Thanks

Hi everyone. Love CashRewards and normally things work great. However today none of my Amazon Prime purchases have been tracked. I understand it can take up to 7 days, but Amazon has appeared in a matter of minutes usually. I'll wait 7 days but if it doesn't show up in Click History, what is an alternate way to prove purchases via invoices. Thanks :)
Hi, and thank you kindly for the question. All store clicks appear in your Click History instantly - you can see these when you click to any store from Cashrewards. However, tracking of your purchase can take up to 7 days. Amazon especially will never track quickly. It takes anywhere from 12-72 hours to appear in the Rewards section of you Cashrewards account.
