yell, bully n disrespect U if U dare question the incompetence of those boys in trying to fix Ur issue cause he just wants to keep charging For those "trial n error" jobs those inexperienced plumbers do. Their so called 6yr warranty is not worth the paper U wipe Ur butt with cause they will not honour it. They won't fix the job they were hired to do...instead will tell U they just have to "trial n error" fixing 1 thing at a time till they eventually get it right n on top of that leave damages to Ur toilet without telling u or fixing it. Can't comment on their plumbing abilities but ethically they aren't very good. clerical error on their part, they know and have admitted it but still want to charge me for the call out regardless. So if this is how they operate. I'm glad I never got to use them. Think I've dodged a bullet. But still have to go through consumer protection as they are threatening me regarding the bill and collection. So beware and get it all in writing before hand.

Came to fix a leaking tap. Took my gold plated metal fittings and replaced with cheap fake gold plastic fittings. The genuine replacement fittings were available. Tapware is from a local manufacturer with good inventory of parts. Asked for the gold fittings be returned. Still waiting. I refuse to pay.

AVOID AT ALL COST - VERY EXPENSIVE – As a veteran of the Real Estate Industry, I would not recommend Casotti Plumbers. They charge labour at the rate of $125 + gst for the first half hour = $250 + gst per hour and $160 + gst per hour thereafter. On 12.06.24, [Name Removed] the plumber didnt have sufficient flexihoses so he went to buy some and took half hour = $125 + gst labour which was charged to me. During his job, he was on the phone to someone for 30 mins whilst doing the plumbing job slowly (I think it was the Managing Director [Name Removed] - Not sure but he was talking about work), how unprofessional. He shouldnt have been on the phone whilst working. He should have said that he will call back after the job. I was charged for the slow work at the rate of $160 + gst per hour.

On 13.06.24, I was charged for another initial 30 mins at $125 + gst for the half hour despite the job being a continuation of the installation of a new cooktop. I was also charged an extra 15 mins for the time that [Name Removed] was in his van I think writing up his report for the job after the installation was completed or attending to something else. I was charged for this as well.

When I refused to pay the invoices as presented and disputed the extra charges, I was threatened by Mr [Name Removed] that I would be taken to Magistrate Court with a Form 4 Minor Case lodgement. Eventually, he made some concessions on both invoices but even though I wasnt happy, I agreed to pay the revised invoices in order to avoid the hassle of having to go to court to resolve the issue.

There are many other plumbers out there with better reviews online that provide a value for money service with a lot more professionalism. Shop around and avoid Casotti Plumbers if you can.

Still waiting for it to start – I agree with the last man stay away from them terrible service terrible communication make you wait turn up don’t do the work leave you for two months no communication then send a bill for the call out. What happened to you you used to be good now your unreliable.

Stay away from Casotti Plumbing – Keep well away from Casotti Plumbers. I contacted them to fix a washer. washing machine tap in the laundry that is leaking extensively. I was quoted $125 (no call out fee) for 1/2 hour plus any parts, extra. OK. It was booked in for time between 9am and 12noon, no show. I rang the receptionist/coordinator around 11.45am and was told the plumber would not get there until 2.30pm. I tried asking questions - the receptionist/coordinator gave me the run around, was abusive on a simple question and the receptionist/coordinator constantly talked over me. I couldn't even get a word in. While I was trying to ask a question, she repeatedly said - do you want to cancel - it was complete intimidating and threatening me to "go ahead" and cancel. I did not request to cancel. I have no water because i turned off the main and I opened another tap at a lower level to let it all run out waiting in preparation for the plumber to arrive. I got another call from the plumber himself, saying it won't be until 3.30pm. OK. I was even more prepared for the visit. The door was open ready to get to the job at hand done and, I had my stopwatch ready and waiting. He arrived in a "Budget" van (another red flag) and before he walked through the door, I said "it is 3.08" and as soon as he walked through the door, I activated my stopwatch. The job took 8 minutes and 17 seconds - the time he walked out the door. I told him the time it took. I do not blame the plumber, he was not aware of what the job was for which surprised me as all that information was already given to the Receptionist/Coordinator. - OK. I started to feel empathy for the plumber which was even more relative to his situation when he went to his "Budget" van and came back and offered me some pre-wrapped jellybeans and a fridge magnet. I said, no thank you. I felt poorly for this but I still say - Keep away from Casotti Plumbers, Ocean Reef. I wasn't born yesterday.

Casotti plumbers – Liam came this morning and fixed the water pressure on my reticulation. Great job, finished quickly and good price. Lovely guy and very competent. Excellent.

Excellent service – totally stoked with service from Domenic and Jack, thank you both for prompt attention starting from phone call to attendance at my property.
