Best service I have ever received, I purchased my PC about 2 years ago, it came with a cracked panel Josh and the team instantly shipped me a new one. Bought a great setup from Josh and Roman last year. Had some random issues with bad graphics driver updates and I emailed the lads and they helped me solve the problem. These guys clearly care about customer experience. I will only buy PCs through Cataclysm now and I'll tell anyone looking at a new PC to go with these fellas. 10/10 would use again. hours. I followed the link and watched some company video's, I liked what I saw and decided to make an appointment to speak to someone from the company. I spoke to one of the staff who made some suggestions and not long after that, I received a call from Josh. I was surprised to be speaking with the company director which wouldn't happen in most businesses as they don't offer that level of service, Josh asked me what my budget was and I said around $3500 and I gave him a bit of a wish list of hardware which I had prepared myself. Josh was happy with most of my choices except the ram and cooling system which he then explained why his suggestions would suit me better in the long run. Shortly after a quote arrived in my email which was slightly under my budget which was great, I organised payment and Josh had promised to get it sent to me by the end of the following week and he kept his commitment in this regard. The computer arrived from interstate soon after and I was surprised by the weight and structural integrity of the montech case, this thing is a beast. Josh also gave me some advice of a suitable curved monitor to purchase early on and that arrived a few days prior to the computer. All in all I'm a very satisfied customer and I'm glad I chose Cataclysm Computers to build my dream system.

Anyway I got on the website, filled out the online form and Josh called me back same day even though it was the Australia Day PH.
He asked me the right questions to know what I wanted then recommended a system and quoted a decent price, free shipping and backed up with a 3yr free to base warranty. I spoke to the Minister of War and Finance (my wife) and she was onboard with it.. winner winner chicken dinner!! So I ordered it on the spot..
The PC arrived a week later incl 3 days transport from VIC to QLD. I unpacked it and made my own additions (swap GPU & SSD's) then powered it up. One of the fans was a bit noisy, did some investigations and videoed it to Josh, he's sending up a replacement after numerous messages on a Saturday. I cannot fault Josh for his customer support even way outside of business hours and on weekends. Great product, quality components backed with a 3yr free shipping return warranty which takes away the worry of buying interstate. Stoked I got the top of the market speed machine I wanted at a very reasonable price. I absolutely 100% recommend Josh and his company..

start to come up with a design. Having very little knowledge about PC’s wasn’t helpful at all when designing the PC but Roman was super patient and willing to explain it all. We had it all designed ready to go and the very next day I changed my mind on the case I wanted. There was no issues from cataclysm and the team to make these changes for me. It was about 10 days later my PC arrived on my door step (being mindful it was being shipped from Melbourne to Port Hedland).
When I finally got the chance to unbox this bad boy it was the weekend so I was a tad fearful if I run into problems I would have to wait until Monday to get a response. Sure enough I run into problems so here I am sending messages to the team on a Sunday hoping someone will respond. Josh was straight onto it and assisted me to get my PC up and running. The problem was 100% my fault , basically I missed a plug I needed to connect.
I can’t thank the cataclysm team enough for their professionalism and assisting me over the weekend with a problem that was my fault.

(E Drive) Cooler Master RC Series Tower Case Windows 10 Installed & Activated Internal Wireless Adapter 7-Port USB Internal Hub Free Delivery Nationwide 12 Month RTB Warranty $1960 ------------------------------------------ My first mistake was probably getting a gaming PC specialist to build a video / photo editing machine with numerous drives and Raid Array etc. Second mistake was buying from someone online and 1000km away interstate as it was always going to be a problem if/when there were problems. Third mistake was not sending it back straight away and getting my money back for a POS machine that angers me every time I have to use it ( I have only probably used it 10-15 times since I bought it)- it just sits on the spare desk gathering dust until I am forced to use it. What a waste of money. Problems from the outset including * Mouse issues - very laggy (resolved by using a cable mouse instead of BT - welcome to the 80's lol) * Supplied and Fitted Seagate Drives (despite specifically requesting and paying for (as per invoice) WD drives. * PC will not shut down via the menu, it will just continually reboot when you try to shut it down, the only way to turn it off is to power off at the rear toggle or press and hold the Power Switch * Video Card always playing up - it never sees the monitor when first booting up unless you unplug and plug in back in, sometime numerous times before it finally sees the monitor. ---> (I have tried 3 different monitors, - all of which work perfectly on my other PC) * PC will randomly freeze and lose the monitor, once again, a reboot then unplugging and plugging back in is required to get it up and running again. * When I don't bother shutting it down (ie, switching it off at the toggle), it will just randomly reboot and re-cycle on and off - sometimes 2 or 3 times in an hour, other times it might be 'fine' for days. Because of the video card issue I can't tell what is happening as the monitor is not automatically recognised to see what the PC is actually doing. * Pretty noisy machine - but I guess the extra HDD's need more fans ?? - My old PC has 4 more HDDs and is much quieter. * Overall, a total waste of money and maybe if you are looking at getting a PC from Cataclysm Computers, perhaps stick to the colourful / pretty lights type of Gaming PC's as they seem to have only positive reviews for them - Including my friend that is sick of me telling his what a POS this one is...
