Don't trust the Catchdeals ads on social media. The ROBOTIC DOGS, for instance, I saw an ad and tried to buy but they were scammers who stole the money but sent me a useless, tiny, ugly, ornamental one. They do exist but best to buy in Asia
Robbed – I bought Mirabella 800 icicle warm lights. The had a dear 2 for $54 so I bought 2 lots. I should have received 4 of the 800 lights but got 2 x 800 lights and 2 x 300 fairy lights. How could this be. The person packing would have to know. That is a total of 1000 lights less. I feel so cheated and have put in a claim but you have to wait 2 days… Read more
for that and then I guess you send them back and wait for them to send you the right ones. I wanted them for this weekend for a special function. Should have shopped locally. I
Fake parlux – Purchased a parlux 3800 hairdryer & blew up after just a few uses. Contacted import company as per warranty supplied & they said it was a fake. Do NOT buy anything from this company

PlayStation 5 – Yesterday my son went and bought a PlayStation 5 behind my back from these people. Contact them initially after thinking my account was hacked and money was taken as As I didn’t know that my credit card was used by my son behind my back. I then went and contacted them on Facebook asking for a refund and to cancel the order. There was very abusive… Read more
telling me initially after I told them that my account was hacked that I was a liar and that I was basically a [removed] and that I will never get the money back and that I can forget about any money coming back. I ended up having to contact the bank to return the back the money. I am now going through a transaction dispute and hopeful that this will get my money back. I’ve never in my whole life been subjected to such poor quality customer service and abusive and descending language like I have with this people. I highly recommended that these people should not be allowed to sell any of there products in Australia and that they are complete fraudsters. They are using catch.com as their title to sell stuff and I’ve contacted catch and they have said that they have no affiliation with these people. Do not buy from them. You will be losing money.

THe tv was picked up today and I was told I would be contacted and a refund organised, not so. I have treid to contact a supervisor at catch and they will not return my call. This company has alot to learn about customer service. I now have no tv and am out $300 plus dollars

Scammed by Catch Deal with Counterfit Parlux 3800 Hairdryer – Purch Parlux 3800 frm DEALCATCH 07/20. It blew up 1/01/21. Contacted DealCatch-no reply. Contacted importing company on warranty, they advised me the hairdryer is a fake.
Took $6.50 out of my account for no reason – It really cheaper than shops, but honestly they have alright products... they didn’t have to take $6.50 out of my account on Christmas for nothing... pretty pathetic
PARLUX – Bought a parlux hair dryer, from Deal catch, nearly blew my head off when it exploded" Phone number disconnected ,no answer on e-mails" Parlux have said this company is a scam, NOT A REAL PArlux"" No recourse

Parlux 3800 not genuine product – Purchased Parlux 3800 hairdryer and it blew up 6 months later with an abundance of sparks& big bang. Parlux have advised that Deal Catch are selling fakes and are not Australian usage approved.
NON RECEIPT OF GOODS – I ordered a Sunbeam ST6650 vitasteam in March. The money has been taken out of my account in March but I have not received the goods to date (14-4-20). Can't get in touch by phone or any other way to find out what is going on. I guess I have done my money cold. Would never deal with this company again in a fit.
Do your homework – Check your prices before even thinking about buying here You can usually get better pricing at your local supermarket or online sites You don't have the hassle of waiting for products or not being able to return either if there is a problem
Misleading information given – On enquiring about a refurbished iPhone, I was told by Catch that it definitely was a new phone not pre owned and it would have just been slightly scratched or a demo model. I rang a second time as a different iPhone did describe it as pre owned but again I was told it was new. I read the ad out to the person on the phone and after making some… Read more
enquiries they told me that one was pre owned. What amazes me is the staff working for Catch would not have any idea whether these phones are new or pre owned and are giving out false information. I am waiting for a message back after they contact the seller.

they never gave me a refund either!
Horrible experience – I bought a samsung note 4, 3ipads and 1 samsung table spending just over $1500. These were presents for my kids for xmas. I paid express post and didn't receive my items when said. A month went past and still didn't receive anything and very little communication from the seller. I ended up receive the goods 2 and a half months later and they were all fakes! Replicas of the real thing and none even lasted more then a week. Outraged.
Stay away -bought a new ‘iPhone’ & VanHeusen shirts- both fakes – Took my ‘iPhone’ into Apple with battery issues & they advised it wasn’t a real iPhone. It’s made of used spares & fake parts. Shirt material is so thin that the white shirts are virtually transparent. Waste of money.... I should have read others reviews first.
Terrible. DO NOT recommend. Would give ZERO stars if possible – Purchased a phone from them, advertised as new. Has been replaced 4 times under warranty and even then only after i had to explain Australian Consumer law. Initially refused telling me replacements weren't covered by warranty. Not what the law says. Service is shocking. Still trying to get a refund. They have resorted to ignoring my emails, and refusing to allow me to speak with a manager. Would never consider buying anything from them again.
Really bad customer service/faulty phones – I bought a Samsung s6. It had terrible reception. They replaced it with another that also had poor reception. The internal screen then broke. I returned it via post and despite proof of receipt through Aus Post, they are saying they haven't received it. No refund. No replacement. Not happy. Awful company with awful phones.
fake company – NEVER SPEND MONEY IN THIS COMPANY. I have really bad experience in Catch Deal, they sell only rubbish products and no trust peoples, only lies. My phone send back tree times and all ways send me other rubbish phone, looks cheaper but its more expensive products in the world. The products as all old and doesn't work. Don't make the same mistake like me, never!!! is my Advice
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY – I have purchased 3 products from this company thinking I am saving a lot of money. All 3 products are faulty. They must sell refurbished goods. I bought a Samsung S5 and it just stopped working last year 13 months in and they told me it was out of warranty. Luckily I looked up my consumer rights but they still tell me I have to pay them the… Read more
repair fee which I advised them no and I know my rights. They then changed tactic and adviced me they will send me a new phone. The phone I received was NOT a new phone. When I point this out to them they then acknowledge the replacement phone is not new and ask me to send it back.
I have asked for a refund but have not received it.
My daughter is without a phone all this time and we rely on it for her safety.
This had started since 6th June 2018 and still has not resolved yet.
I am speaking to the ACCC Daily Telegraph this Friday. Everyone should know not to buy anything from this company. All products are defects.
Dodgy reconditioned lemons out of Samsung warranty – I ordered a Samsung S7 last year. I am now need the 3rd phone replaced. Imagine my surprise when I contacted Samsung direct as these guys take a month to get you a 'new' one. Imagine my surprise when Samsung told me that the 3rd new phone I received in Feb this year actually rang out of warranty in March. They are clearly selling defective phones.
