Century 21 Asquith
Century 21 in Asquith has managed our investment property in Hornsby very professionally for the past six years. During that time all the team members we have dealt with have been efficient, competent and friendly. Alex, the Property Manager is good value, alerts us as soon as any issue arises and sorts it out . We are very satisfied with the service we receive.

Poor Service levels
Poor service all round form a property management company.
You could do a better job your self.
Unable to organize a repairs with any sort of organizational skills what so ever.
Even after discussing a very clear set of instructions with the principal licensee they still went ahead
with deducting money from my account without any communication nor authorization.
It seems this branch is a law on to its own.
They are happy to take your money every month but no level of understanding of service given.
Money for Jam
I would strongly recommend try another property manager or it may be easier to manage it yourself.

Century 21 Pereira Group
Highly recommended
I don’t think we could say enough great things about Shaun and the Century 21 team. The selling process started months before we even decided to go to market when Shaun provided us an appraisal when first bumping into him at a nearby auction.
Before making a decision on an agent we did engage with several local realtors to get a feel for which agent was the right fit for us, our home is our biggest asset and we wanted to ensure the company and the people were going to advocate for us. Before placing the house on the market ...

Unprofessional Rude Staff in Toowoomba
During my rental they rarely contacted me and were very slow and totally unresponsive when I needed to contact them.
Now that my lease is over I receive daily rude phonecalls and emails arguing everything.
In one trip to their office the gentleman waiting before me was treated unbelievably rudely and when my time came the exact same manner was used on me.
Would never recommend

Height of unprofessionalism and buyer harassment
Agency: Century 21 Toongabie, NSW.
The agent made me come to their office and sign the agreement for buying a property and pay 0.25% deposit on Saturday evening. Then she texted me on Sunday morning saying they received higher offer and I need to increase my offer. I was extremely disappointed as well as shocked at this. How can they still continue accepting offers when they have already made me sign the agreement and accepted 0.25% deposit? She (the agent) didnt answer my call when I tried to speak to her and when she called me back she asked...

Unsympathetic, unresponsive, antagonised relationship with landlord
During Covid experiencing financial difficulty the agent did not respond to my request for relief for months. Equally poor with communication to the landlord. Bluntly told me on a Friday I had to pay everything outstanding or they would terminate my lease, rendering me and my children homeless. The same day then hand posted the notice without notifying me or having had a chance to pay anything in what would have been one hour.
Now It’s ending up a tribunal with us all worried sick. It’s consumed so much of my time that I should have spent worki...

Completely Unwilling to do job
6 months of complaints, without resolution.
They fobbed off complaints, unwilling to claim responsibilty for their failures.
They have failed to return calls, speak as though they are a legal authority (they aren't) and are rude on the phone.
They remain the only business I have lost my temper at. They seem to be able to get away with doing nothing about any issues.

Unprofessional staff
The agent would like to increase my rent just because she heard that I call asking about another apartment that is more expensive than mine. I did not go for a inspection, I did not apply for anything and the apartment I asked about was not even for me. Completely insane.

Excellent
Soula from Century 21 Port Douglas worked extremely hard to sell our property. The property was not easy to sell, but she never lost interest in trying, and followed up with anyone who showed interest in the property. She kept us informed at all times. Soula has a wonderful smile and a happy personality. This sale was a deceased estate and at all times Soula was very thoughtful & caring of our situation. Thank you for all your efforts, Soula. You are very good at your job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your service to others, and have already done so. Thank you again

Terrible
I can see multiple reviews are already saying what I would like to say, so I'll sum it up in a couple of dot points. Just read all the other one star reviews and we all agree:
- Office staff are rude, dismissive, unhelpful, and would obviously rather be anywhere else than helping potential tenants or buyers. Staff at multiple different offices are unfriendly and try to usher you out of the office as fast as they can.
- Application process for a house is long and convoluted, and they ask for unnecessary information, such as "Will you be parking ...

Hopeless is the right word to start off this review. 'You get what you pay' is totally apt in my case scenario so advice to all investors - if you are paying anything more than 4.4% rental management fees or 1% sale commission you better negotiate as you won't get any better services from these guys if you are paying more.
My reason for 2 stars, been with them for last 7 years for rental management and more recently for property sale, so will give them a plus for first few years when his dad use to be in control of things.

Read moreps and telling them what needs to be done is a standard protocol as things are far from being done in an automated fashion and have to be repeated time and again because they don't incorporate any lessons learnt. My property settled about 2 months ago and still chasing them for accounts statement (which should be a very obvious thing to be provided but not with them) and interest accrued as promised on 10% deposit in trust account as ours was a 4 month settlement and would be a decent amount to pocket. Had to go to tribunal thrice for tenants defaulting (god knows how much fees I paid for their attendance) which I am not sure it is Sydney tenants specifically in that area or their selection process.Terrible service and rude staff
Rude agents and receptionist. They don’t care about tenants and don’t even know how to listen before they rush to be really really rude. No communication skills. They don’t listen where there is an issue to discuss. They don’t think. For example, that happened to us as tenants ; if the owner wanted your wardrobe to be fixed. They send a handy man to make it LOOK fixed, they take photos to prove it. If you tell them the wardrobe is now closed and it doesn’t function right that it could not even open, they say we have to do what the owner wants no matter what and you have no right to complain . Systematic people who don’t want to listen or understand. They eventually give the tenants and owners fake services. Not recommended at all.

Agent Review _ Frank Tallaridi
One of the worst agent I have across, absolutely unprofessional. We were interested in buying a property which was of our great interest and he played games saying owner is overseas and requires written approval which we did and he made us drive 25kms almost 2days almost assuring selling the property to us and at the end he sold to someone else just for 3000AUD extra which we could have afforded. Please don't fall for Frank , the worst agent in the market.

Cronulla - Mismanagement of rental property including not even having a key
The company neglected to pay my outgoings for council rates, water rates and strata levies so I never knew what my income was.
After the last surprise when two lots of outgoings were behind despite money being in the account I changed agents. My new agent went to collect the paperwork only to inform me century 21 had not even kept a key!
Avoid at all costs

They don't even deserve 1 star!
Century 21 I will never deal with them ever again! The way the conduct themselves as individuals and as a company is appalling! The have no respect for you and do not care about any of your health and safety needs.
They never call you or answer your calls. If they ever do call you its to attack because they need access to the apartment between certain times during the day where I am at work! They make you feel like crap, thinking they know more than you do about rules and regulations. They say anything to you even if it's rubbish.
Do not go ...
Read morethrough this company as they are a horrible company run by people who are only there for their paycheck week to week. They could not give you the time of day. Never speak to a manager or someone higher as they will say harsh words to you over the phone and then end the call. This company is a joke!CAB

A company I will avoid for ten life times
After being treated terribly for a whole year as a renter, I will not go near C21 ever again.
Young dumb agents which don’t show for inspections when I’ve taken the day off work.
$450 cleaning bill, we had left the place spotless and in better shape than we found it, clearly they are banking on renters not being able to wait for a bond/tribunal decision.

Sale of home Greystanes Century 21 Wentworthville
The most outstanding service and professionalism was shown upon the sale of our late parents home. At such a difficult chapter in our lives , compassion and respect was shown during the quick 7 day sale of our parents home was met. 5/5 thanks Sam Wentworthville century 21
Impeccable work and communication thank you!
Warren and his team at Century21 Point Cook did an impeccable job, their work and communication was second to none and I really couldn't have asked them for anything more. It's great I now know a great agent who I can trust and recommend everyone I know to :)

it looks like it, I have been looking through the reviews, I cannot find anyone that I could do business with without a risk. Century 21 South Eastren, packenham, Victoria
seems to be Ok. We have a property in Officer we rent it out! Not sure if I will sign up with them. The contract is only 4 months period.

I am a naive property owner recently signed on with C21 to get my property rented. Already experiencing little/no communication, gate keeping and inconsiderate staff, don't return calls, don't call when they say they will. I am signed up for two friggin years, no tenant yet. Reading all these terrible reviews from both tenants and landlords chills me to the bone. I came here looking for evidence that I was either expecting too much in my wish for feedback and communication or that my sinking feelings around being treated with disrespect and disdain by superficial 20 somethings do have some basis in reality. Astonished and shocked by what I have got myself into.
Can anyone advise how I can get out of this contract? I feel that my choice of agency will deter good tenants who do their due diligence with agents and I have no trust in the company after being signed up for only 7 weeks. I made a mistake by not thoroughly researching agents

Please read your authority signed. Might have stated 90 days rules.
Thank you Jenny. Checked - there is no 90 day rule. I understand now that I am technically up for 50% of 21 months of potential management fee - that would be the agreed management fee percentage based on the current advertised price (I assume). If I want to terminate the agreement without 'good' reason (a good reason being me having to prove agent's breach of our agreement which I cannot do as they have not). I'm in no position to pay them out so soon so believe will just have to wait if out until I can afford to extricate myself.
If the office you are dealing with is anything like the one I deal with you'd be best getting out ASAP. Incompetent, dishonest buffoons.
