The best perfume ever, so elegant – The best perfume ever, so elegant. People around me and I do love the smell. So many people stopped me and asked about what I have as a perfume. it has for the past 15 or so years. What I actually bought was something with a strong chemical undertone so offensive I now use it to deodorise my toilet.

I thought I must have been sold a counterfeit version of the product (despite getting it from Myer) so I checked the batch number online and all checked out. I then contacted Chanel to complain and all I could get out the customer service rep was "I'll pass your feedback onto our developers". When I challenged this, I was advised that I should have sampled the product at the place of purchase to ensure it was the scent I'm after. I get better customer service at McDonalds! Needless to say, I will no longer be purchasing anything from Chanel in the future.

Won't be buying – I first tried a Sample of this perfume yesterday and really liked it . After reading the bad reviews I certainly won't be spending money buying it if the sample is different to what you pay for . Thanks for your reviews so we are all aware .

Samples are stronger than actual bottles BEWARE – Bought a 200ml of the intense version from david jones because of a sample i was given at the same store, after getting the bottle I compared the two and the sample was clearly stronger! Certainly not the old Eau De Parfum – 2 weeks ago I bought the 200ml Coco Madomoselle. I’ve used this for the past few years. I just couldn’t smell it on myself. My husband and friends used to comment on how lovely I smelled, not this time. I took it back and they gave me another one, same experience. Why don’t Chanel see these reviews – I purchased a bottle for my wife who has worn this for numerous years. She was very disappointed with it and sent it back to Chanel, got a new bottle and still no good, my wife would love to have her old perfume back but sadly I don’t think they are LISTENING, the scent was totally different and struggled to last an hour, come on Chanel get this old perfume back to its original state so all your loyal customers would again be happy !!!!!!

Formula change is not good – I’ve worn this perfume since the early 2000s and the last bottle I purchased just this Spring is clearly a different formulation. I don’t get comments when I wear it and used to receive many compliments throughout the day. I miss the original formulation.

Coco Madamoiselle ... Sucked In .. Rubbish Do Not Buy – Coco madamoiselle and Coco Madamoiselle Intense look almost exactly the same, Is this deliberate? You should be able to grab your favourite perfume without having to play spot the difference in the bottles. Well the intense doesn’t last .. I will not be wasting my money purchasing this again. sprayed myself and immediately new this was going to be rubbish , the word intense gave me a bit of hope I though you know what ! I will give this a try ! But now I am regretting be it and want to return it but not sure how that will go as ii have sprayed it a couple of times ! I am still gonna try !

Disappointed – I had finally found my signature fragrance. I had people stop me everywhere I went. It really made me feel more confident. Relaunch and bring it back please. I would be willing to pay more if I had to. I don’t want to start a search all over again.

Chanel Coco Mademoiselle – I have been wearing Coco Mademoiselle for years and always receive compliments on my scent. I recently purchased the new extra large EDP bottle and am extremely disappointed with it. I believe since the introduction of Intense they have lightened the original. past years. Can't help but wonder if the release of the Intense is why the original is now less Intense. Was going to buy the Intense @ $248.00 but found it too overpowering bordering on sickly sweet. So disappointed and will not be purchasing again.

Love it! – Yes, Chanel has had many of its fragances reformulated due to European standards but Coco Mademoiselle is still a favourite of mine, and I think the reformulation works beautifully. a fragance is subjective and your skin also plays an important role, especially when it comes to longevity. Moreover, in some cases there may be longevity but not sillage or vice versa, and people's skins react differently. If you have never bought it before or you haven't bought the new formulation, I think that the best choice for you is to go to the counter, ask for a sample, or use the tester and apply the parfum just as generously as you would apply it at home; then walk around, go back home, and see if you still feel it there hours later. Ask also that to friends and/or family. That way you will not regret your choice because you will know what to expect. I buy my Chanel parfums overseas (I travel often) or here in Townsville at Myer for in Townsville Myer has what I consider good customer service.

Fraud - Coco Chanel Mademoiselle Perfume "Intense" new formula $250 – This product is an absolute fraud. I changed from the Coco Mademoiselle eau de perfume to the "Intense" one. Do not buy this product

Thought this was a good perfume – Loved the smell of coco mademmosiel however when I bought a bottle recently I was so disappointed. I could barely get the scent on myself. Had no complements whatsoever. Will not be buying this again. Especially for how much it costs.

Changed formula awful – I used to get stopped everywhere I went and asked what I was wearing. New formula that does not happen anymore and my friends ask why I changed my wonderful perfume. I will not be purchasing any more after years and years of dedication to this scent. If it’s not broke don’t fix it.

Not up to par – I purchased this in New Zealand, for the amount I spent I feel as if I'm only purchasing the brand and name, unfortunately the quality in that it is long lasting wasn't up to scratch, I can use a $4.00 eau de toilet and it has a longer lasting scent throw than this.

Chanel Coco Mademoiselle – I have just purchased and love it. However, nobody had noticed it on me or commented on it at all :( Really sad, why can't others smell it.I When I wear Elle Sabb i have so many compliments.
