maintenance repairs on my property. I know you have told me at least 10 times that I will hear back from your handyman but it never happens. It is embarrassing for me to keep on asking the tenants for the property access and cancel it every time. I know it's not your fault but someone needs to take the responsibility for this given it is getting ridiculous now. This was meant to be 3 months maintenance not 2 years and some of these items were meant to be fixed within the 15 days of handover. This is very unprofessional and Chatham homes has tested my patience to it's extreme limits and I am getting sick of this.

Friendly, responsive, and very helpful – The customer service provided by Jane C is amazing. She is always friendly, responsive, and very helpful compared to one of the big builders that we dealt with recently. that a client is praising their builder at handover! Indeed, we chose Chatham because the online reviews of the builder they originally chose, were not good at all. Having a nice display home is only the beginning!!

So, I just wanted to thank you - individually and collectively - for delivering a lovely, well-built and well finished home for Ermias, Alem and their children. And all done efficiently in a very reasonable timeframe of just over 5 months.

I also want to thank you for your professionalism, courtesy and good faith throughout the process. Even in times where there were different views being expressed, Chatham resolved the matters quickly and satisfactorily.

It’s been an overall very positive experience working with Chatham.

One last thing - Christian Singh our site manager is a delight to work with! He is Professional, courteous, responsive and always available for questions or feedback. He is a real asset to your business and it was a pleasure to work with him.

workmanship and when there were any concerns they were all addressed to a satisfactory outcome. They were very accommodating to plan changes and helped us work through these changes using their expertise as to any potential flaws with our ideas. This saved us from heartache latter.

There were no unexpected costs and handover day was the projected date advised at the commencement of the build.

I have no hesitation recommending Chatham Homes. The team - Ivan, Matt, Alma, Christian and the rest team behind the scenes were all helpful, friendly and professional.

process - if anything, 'challenges' were related to any change I had requested! And none of those resulted in any issues, simply with a "sure, we can do that". I had no scope creep or costs that surprisingly appeared throughout the entire process - in fact, I received a credit because of a change in product that I made during the construction.

I HIGHLY recommend Chatham Homes. The team - from Ivan, Matt, the admin and colours teams, the designers - they were all awesome, friendly, professional... And they all treated the design and plans as though they were building for themselves. If I were to build again, Chatham would be my only choice.

during designing and colour selection stage. Trudy was patient and provided valuable guidance in selecting right colours and products.

Once floor plan design process, colour selection and all other documentations completed, Chatham commenced building in April 2019 and handed over house in December 2019 with all premium inclusions that are usually not available with other volume builders.

Build was well managed by site supervisor, Matthew. Build quality was excellent which our independent inspector also commented during inspections. Any issues identified during inspections were addressed/rectified straightaway.

We are very happy with the process and would like to thank all Chatham Homes professional team, specially Ivan McRobb (Director), Matthew (Site Supervisor), Trudy (Colour consultant) and Aaron (Construction Manager). All of them are very professional and easy to approach. They have answered all our queries and even accommodated last minute changes. We are extremely happy with the trades and materials used during our build. The final product was exactly what we imagined.

Chatham Homes is highly recommended and if we are building another house there is no second thought about the builder.

to us was very important in a builder, the regular communication and phone calls kept us in the loop of what was to be expected through each phase of the build. It became very obvious very quickly that these guys were extremely well organised with their trades and suppliers. It was very rare to not have a trade working on our house!

Having things explained in detail also supported the decisions made during design and construction, considering it was a custom build Chatham don’t expose their clients to any costly surprises, their pricing is competitive and very fair when making upgrades/changes.

Long months were spent researching and contacting numerous custom builders who never made the effort or didn’t listen to the situation we were in. Chatham homes was by far the most professional and the only builders where we felt at ease and confidence in, that's how we knew they were the one.
