I could simply leave unfinished and find someone else to do at the last minute.

The cleaners were approximately **THREE HOURS LATE** arriving at my property. There was no proper apology or concern about the delay. When my daughter pointed out that they were three hours late, the attitude was essentially **so what**.

What happened next was even worse.

After arriving three hours late, at around **4 pm**, the male cleaner was apparently prepared to **WALK OUT OF THE JOB**, even though they had already taken my **$50 deposit** and I was relying on them to complete the professional clean required for my contract.

I could hear him speaking on the phone to his superior and discussing leaving. I was extremely stressed because **I had no realistic chance of finding another cleaner at 4 pm**, with the job still needing to be completed and settlement only two days away. I also had to **work the following day**, making the situation even more difficult.

They knew I urgently needed this professional clean completed, yet there appeared to be **no care or consideration whatsoever** for the position they were putting me in. After taking my $50 deposit and arriving three hours late, the fact that they were prepared to potentially walk out and leave me without a cleaner was absolutely shocking.

The male cleaner in particular was extremely unpleasant and, in my experience, showed absolutely no concern about the stress he was causing me.

There were also areas of the property that were **left uncleaned**. By that point, I did not even want to confront them or argue with them about it. I preferred to **clean those areas myself** rather than have any further interaction with them.

There were also other issues during the clean. They took a cooktop brochure I had left for the next person, stood on it with wet footwear and left footprints all over the new brochure. I was left wondering whether I would have to throw it away.

I was also charged an **additional $90 for the shower screen**, which I dispute. The shower screen was not excessively dirty, and it was advertised as part of their end of lease cleaning service.

Their vehicle was also left in my shared driveway, and when asked about moving it, I was told they needed to remove their cleaning equipment first. This made me nervous because I was concerned my neighbour would return and be unable to use the shared driveway.

The cleaning took **less time than I had been quoted**. At the end, the cleaners simply walked out. The male cleaner went to his vehicle, started it and waited for the other two without saying anything to me or even checking the completed clean with me.

This was one of the most stressful and unprofessional service experiences I have had. **Arriving three hours late, taking my $50 deposit, and then being prepared to walk out at around 4 pm when I had no realistic opportunity to find another cleaner, with settlement only two days away, was completely unacceptable.**

I am leaving this review to warn other customers. Based on my experience, I would **not use this company again**.

Hired this company to do a clean prior to moving out, the floors were cleaned with a strange substance that left the floor tiles with a streaky textured finish and one area left dirty. would not be recommending this company at all. Probably should have realised it would not be a good job considering the company name. Pictures show the bottom of shoe after walking around the clean floors....plus the cloth that I used to wipe the floors....ridiculous and as I had packed all the cleaning equipment I didn't have access to a mop or floor cleaner. Mistakes happen but to have no accountability is a big no no in running a business.

Cheap and WORST possible quality of physical service and customer service of all time. next morning it was basically half cleaned half not cleaned, basically cleaned the flat part and all the corners and side left discoloured.

The worst part was when I complained about the service, they said no I was wrong and the couch was clean, even after my sharing of the couch, they then shared photo back to me when they had wet the couch to show how dark it was and dirty - they were arguing with me about my couch. They then offered me 20% off another clean to come back and finish the cleaning they never did.

Absolute rude as hell manager running this business - I hope they go out of business with that service.

like a guest and spent some time here and there and the boy tried his best but he don’t know how to do it properly. We had just wasted our time with this service . Just they spread chemicals everywhere I even slipped in washroom after they cleaned it

Cleaning Services – Lucky and his colleague did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. They were punctual, careful with my furniture and communicated their arrival times.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY- the don’t clean – DONT USE THIS COMPANY. They cleaned a house I own paid for by a tenant. I was unhappy with the original job so they came back - still just as bad and I couldn’t bare them coming back so will do the clean myself. clean until I actually got a wet cloth and jiff to show them- they clearly hadn’t even tried to clean it. They were rude and I didn’t feel comfortable dealing with them to return for a third time - read their responses to many others who provide negative reviews and they always have an excuse and blame the person. Just accept your poor work and apologise. They blame the fact I had people replacing carpet. Even though I called them before the carpet was replaced! This was occurring in different areas of the house and no one other than me had been near the kitchen or window sills and laying carpet doesnt make things grimy which the floorboards and shower tiles were. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY! They have made it very stressful for me to get it ready to re lease out.
