This is not a cleaning service – Do not use this company. Very unprofessional and their email account bounces. They take forever to answer the phone and they don't turn up at the agreed time. Paid extra to clean the blinds but they didn't even touch them. Kitchen cupboards weren't cleaned and to top it off they insist on paying upfront for a service that isn't complete. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Fraud – One of the worst cleaners in fact they’re not even cleaners , all fake and fraud. Anyone don’t ever think of ever hiring them.They’ve just opened the company to get money by doing nothing ,it’s like looting people.All full of crap.

We got so upset and wanted to cancel it but they told we need to pay extra $30 for the cancellation. Damn the worst company i have ever known. Please don’t deal with them they are a total scammer and always state you low price initially and change the price on the day of cleaning and if u wanna cancel it have to pay $80 charge for doing nothing. to do the job saying it was not a bond cleaning. The company then called me saying I needed to pay an extra 300. By then we were totally upset as we could see that we were being scammed. We asked them to cancel the job and refund our deposit. However they are now demanding a call out fee of AUD 80. Do not deal with them and we will be reporting them to the ombudsman.

Worst experience with any company ever – Paid a deposit of $50 for a bond clean for 2 bedroom apartment which they said was about 3 hours work. keys due back at 5pm with little time for us to spare. Asked us to prepay and transfer them the rest of the fee and said they would contact us 30min before they were finished. After we left the contractors called the company saying the place was dirty and needed an extra $200 which we had to then transfer. They spent 1.5hours and left the premises with no contact prior to finishing. They blocked my partners number to avoid future contact. The place was left with about 1/4 of their “checklist” completed with the real estate upset with how much needed to be done and no time to clean the apartment properly. Request for refund has so far been denied despite provided 20+ photos with evidence of things left untouched such as walls skirting kitchen oven bathroom etc not even attempted. They replied to our emails multiple times with a template message response saying the contractor did a “perfect” job. Absolute scam trying pressure people trying to get their apartment cleaned in a hurry before moving out. Will be going to the ombudsman in order to get a refund of $545 back. Never use this service

waiting for more than 2 hours at the apartment. I had to wait for Monday before I got a response back to my email, the cleaning was scheduled for next day.

Once the cleaners got to the property, I was asked for extra 280 dollars for 'further cleaning', initially I was skeptical but I paid them thinking the cleaning would be done with over 700 dollars being paid for it, but I was wrong. They didn't clean the property properly and my landlord is not happy with the cleaning done. Have asked them to re-clean the property, but they've asked for 3-5 days. This is a total scam! Save your money and go somewhere else... will report to Fair Trading to get my money back.

That is very bad company, dont trust! – They only clean for nice photo ( not very clear one ) and then your agent will not accept their services. They will ask fro deposit and prepaid service. Please dont trust them. And you will be the next one to comment.

Useless !! Strongly discourage you from availing their services!!! – Cheap Bond cleaning is a sham. I paid 400$ for cleaning a tiny 2 bedroom apt at the end of my lease. job was arrogant and not willing to speak. Strongly suggest, you avoid availing their services. The only positive note was that they are easy to contact. Nothing else!!

Useless - do not use!!! – Were guaranteeing a bond back clean. Standard of a bond clean is a good oven clean and that was rejected by the real estate agent among a list of about 8 other things to clean. 1 person attended and took over 8hrs and the result was terrible. I had to pay for another company to finish the job as although they said they would go back and clean, all the trust was gone. I would never recommend these people to anyone.
