I am in a rental and have not been able to use the oven because it burns and smokes up even on the low heat. Can anyone tell me if this oven should have a fan and/or give me any idea why it smokes up? The oven has barely been used and there are no chemicals used to clean. It’s basically new!

Does anyone know how to put the bottom front panel under the oven door back on as it has come off. I can’t get it to go back on. A small piece of plastic (a small piece) has fallen off from somewhere. It just won’t go back on. Thanks

The front bottom panel piece has come off my stove/oven. Won’t go back on. How is it put back on as a small plastic piece has come off from somewhere.

Anyone know how you get access to the heating element that hides below the cavity? Need to replace but stuffed if I know how to get to it.

No. Honestly if your repairing the oven it’s probably not worth it. It’s a terrible oven, I’m stuck with it as I rent and my landlord won’t replace it. Do yourself a favour a buy a real oven, rather than trying to repair it. I am serious.

Agree with Jason. I don't rent a place with this oven anymore but if I had to choose between paying for a repair or paying extra for a new one, I'd go with the extra $$$$$ for a new one. It was truly terrible trying to cook anything in this oven.

I’m renting & my landlord replaced my old upright stove with this piece of garbage. Like all the other posters I have the exact same issues with the oven & stovetop. I gave up on the landlord replacing it & I purchased an air fryer.

Hey mate, just take it to the tip. Worst piece of cooking equipment i’ve used in my life. You’d honestly be better off taking your Sunday pork roast and leaving it in the sun for the day then trying to cook with this garbage.

How do you clean under the solid plate hobs? Does the whole unit lift up?It looks like there is grease that has gone down the open grill at the back of the elements which is now heating up when oven is on and seeping down the side of the cooker and over the controls.

Don't know. Had same problem. Ditched the stove. The happiest day of my life.

Do you leave the grill in when baking? if I don't, the elements catch fire?

Never used grill. Whole stove has been replaced with cook top and oven. I never used the oven for anything apart from heating food. A real lemon.

My ceramic hotplates have one by one lost their temperature control. I have only one left that I can safely cook on. Otherwise they are either full on or off. sometimes they start of ok, then suddenly go to full on. I've lost a couple of curries because of it. Any ideas? How do we take the stove apart to get to the regulators to fix them. I've been quoted $150 call out before any parts are replace. The cooker is only 5 years old!! Also, the oven doesn't close properly.
