Chem-Dry Professionals SA

Poor product, appalling customer service – So disappointed. Great chat with jeff (owner), cleaner arrived, Dudu retested, carpet wasn’t vacuumed properly, left 2cm of think dust around all skirtings and just added their chemicals/wet to it and left it there. I tried calling x3, messaged. I have been ignored with no follow up call - work was on Saturday, today is Tuesday. This review could have been avoided if they had just picked up the phone and called back. Definitely would not spend $240 with these guys again.

"Professional" far from it!!! Can't clean and don't want to know about any problems!!! – We first contacted Chemdry Professionals (SA) to do a clean at our rented premises as a normal exit clean. 2 small rooms and 2 rugs. The operator attended and performed what he considered a clean. My partner was in attendance and commented on how quickly he finished, she also remarked later to me that the carpets were basically no different. I contacted the director of the company, who sent his operator back to add deodorant due to a pungent smell. P.S. no pets were ever in the premises for over 7 years as suggested by the director of Chemdry (SA) We contracted a new company and they attended and did a great job, as we expected from Chemdry (SA). His services cost us $150 The Chemdry bill was $243 (but this did include $90.00 for the 2 rugs) I contacted the director many, many times, requesting compensation of $150.00 forgoing the 2 rugs, he requested photo's which were readily and gladly sent, his consistent response was not interested, nothing to see here, go away. I have now issued him with a 21day Final Claim notice, to small claims court, which again he has completely dismissed and treated with utter contempt. (Please note this is not directed at any other franchise operator other than Chemdry Professionals (SA)) who I might add is resident in QLD!!!!! The name in itself is a joke (Professionals!!!!!!) not. (DO NOT ENGAGE) N.B. Photos attached you see the chemdry (SA) effort and then the 2nd operator. you be the judge.
