Operator came out, about 3 weeks after initial service, and admitted the floors were slippery and he might have used double sealer. Floor stripped back and fine now. Just to add insult, I received a bill for the remedial work of $130.10 for their mistake. The Franchisee is only interested in the money not the service or customer.

Honestly I am so grateful to Frank for removing the very bad dog poop stain on my carpet. Frank and his lovely wife came straight away. Not only were they on time but they were such lovely people and it was gone in no time. There is no smell from chemicals and the carpet is as good as new. I am definitely having them back to do the rest of the apartment. I wish I could give TEN STARS and it was good value. Show reply

Carpet looks like new! – After my Rescue Dog urinated on the Carpet of my Rental Home I was beside myself! withdrawn over the weekend, but ChemDry removed them only on Monday, subsequently imposing unreasonable charges for equipment that was idle and unused during the weekend. Additionally, the equipment was delivered at 3:00 pm on the first day (12 August 2025), yet full-day charges were applied.

Quoted the job but then the price increased astronomically (like 10 times) when the invoice was produced at the end of the job. Use a more reputable firm than Chemdry.

I will never recommend Chem Dry Professionals SA. Chem Dry's dry cleaner burnt my carpet with the chemicals he used and left burnt brush marks all over the carpet. cleaner said it was burnt marks left by the machine. He tried to clean it but was unable to remove the burnt marks. He said their manager may compensate me for it. The manager denied it was their fault and refused to refund the$151.00 I had paid. Also first cleaner got me to sign a blank iPad. I was told I was signing for my credit card payment. The second cleaner too gave me a blank iPad to sign. I didn't realise I was signing an Agreement because it was not displayed to me before or after cleaning. Later the manager sent the "signed" agreement which he used to deny responsibility for the damages.

Steve (the owner of the Chemdry Lindfield franchise) cleaned the dusty old wool carpet throughout my house in East Lindfield today and the difference in the air quality is already palpable! was a problem, she moved heavy furniture that I didn’t expect to be moved and went above and beyond. The job far exceeded what I expected but it was what I wanted and hoped. I won’t be using anyone else when I get the rest of my house done. If you are booking and getting Ruby to do your work, don’t hesitate. Five star. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible – The quality of the clean was terrible, even when they returned they didn’t clean the spots I pointed out and left before I could check as requested. I even left a checklist out of what was required and pointed it out to staff if 3 seperate occasions. Poor response from owner who dismissed any concerns we had and proceeded to invoice us and said they would take us to debt collectors if it wasn’t paid.

From Grubby to Clean – In Clifton Beach today Rhiannon did a great job cleaning our leather couches and outdoor setting cushions. She worked on the pieces for 4 hrs - without a break and the couches looked amazing when she finished.Would definitely recommend her. Show reply

Fantastic service from Ruby and the Chem Dry team – Fantastic service end to end! We had someone else come in to clean our furniture and rugs. They used dirty water and didn't get any of the stains out. Chem Dry team got all of our stains out and got rid of the awful smell the other cleaner left from his job. Very impressed. Can’t believe how bad – I hired Chemdry SA to do a normal exit carpet clean - 2 bedrooms and a lounge room. The carpets looked no different. I did a spot clean and it came up cleaner. It cost $200 for the carpets to look the same. So very disappointing. You can see the comparison in what I spot cleaned and the dirt on the towel. I could have done a better job myself. What a joke. Will be telling absolutely everyone to never go with this company.

Don’t waste your money and time – Chem Dry Professionals SA are the worst. Unprofessional and can’t clean carpets and upholstery. Try a better company if you want the job well done and don’t want to deal with people who don’t have a clue about how to run a business effectively.

Happy with carpet result but not with application – I now realise that different franchise owners use different carpet cleaner machines and this is not mentioned before he comes. slippery. Then had to wash it after he left. Also, I found he had the spray half way up the wardrobe mirror door, so now all that needs cleaning. To cap it off, he left a handful of cat hair from his broom in my kitchen sink. Very sloppy workmanship!

Amazing Results – We had Wayne from Mason's Chem-dry out to clean our carpets. With some very challenging stains, Wayne was able to remove the stains that other carpet cleaners in the past said they could not. Waste of $380 – I hired this service to get rid of pet odour on carpet. I was told the treatment may not get rid of the odour on the first round and to reassess when the area was fully dry. It took over a week for the carpet to dry, and the smell was still very much there. I contacted John for a free re-treatment like he explained. I never heard back. Wasted $380
