Certain staff were inexperienced, they did not know where many things were. A young female employee of european descent whom I enquired about certain perfume fragrances did not know what brand I was referring to and asked a superior, she then had the nerve to turn around and mutter in a rude tone about how she couldnt understand my indian accent. Extremely horrible experience, I do not expect the employees to be able to fully understand my accent but her behaviour was incredibly rude.
Products however are quite good, and for a good price. The...re are staff there who do treat customers with respect, but certain staff chemists warehouse are dragging down my opinion of them, hope they can do something to get rid of these rude and oblivious workers.

I order online on a Monday night got an email to say posted out on Tuesday, got email on Friday saying should be delivered next Monday - Tuesday.
I live in 25 minutes from a major city, 17 min from a chemist warehouse, I just needed a delivery. Guess next time just go to the shop, useless online services.
As a side note if I wanted to be there to sign for my package I would have gone to the store, why would I want to get anything delivered if I need to be at home to get it. Sure if it is prescription medication, but it is not basic everyday things.
However, seeing how bad their online system is, I will assume they can't even build in basic metrics like that.
Next time ill just order from overseas it shows up in less time and less hassle.
worst experience with online order
Advise strongly not to order products online unless you dont mind receiving the order whenever they feel like dispatching it. Customer service wont tell you when the stock will be dispatched and they wont even apologize and make it sound like we have no right to call them to track orders. They wont cancel your order unless you call them 2 hours after making the order even though they havent yet dispatched the order. whatever they say on thier website about the estimated delivery time is a lie and full of nonsence. I will report this to fair trading for their incompetent system and even worse customer serviceteam. Dont waste your time, effort and money because they are the worst.
Artarmon NSW - so called SURPRISE and MYSTERY Sale on Cyber Monday, 2/12/19 from 4pm to 8pm
I was given a flyer at checkout when I shopped a few days prior this so called surprise and mystery sale from 4pm and 8pm and thought I'd check it out. One of the sales person did not know his products, keep saying that he did not know what the product look like and was hopeless. He did not seem to know what was on sale/special and what was not. Instead of saying I don't know, try using words such as "I am not familiar with the product but I will check this for you". Chemist Warehouse artarmon, this guy is not worth keeping. You try to make your mark in Artarmon NSW so prove it that you are worth the while!
Greensborough Plaza Store shocking customer service
I accidentally picked up the wrong Metamucil product (same colour packaging). I live a 30 minute drive from the store so I left it til the next time I went to Greensborough (within the 7 day return period) to ask if I could exchange for the Metamucil I normally buy. They had to call up the product manager as the girl on the register said that they don't exchange consumables. Bossy young woman said no, it was against the law to exchange it, even though it was unopened and seal in place. I pointed out that it was not on the list of exemptions...on their refund policy poster but she was adamant. I explained that as a pensioner, I could not afford to just throw it out and buy another one, and she said "I understand" to which I replied that she could not possibly understand. I replied that I would not be shopping at Chemist Warehouse in future and she said "Good shop where you live then", I replied that she was very rude and she said I was rude to her, I pointed out that she was being paid to be professional and she ordered me out of the store. I was half way out of the store by then, so I called out "Don't worry, I will never be back" They may be a couple of dollars cheaper but treating an elderly person, a good customer, in such a way is deplorable and disrespectful. December 6th 2019 Update: Update on complaint I recently submitted a review of Chemist Warehouse Greensborough Plaza which was a complaint about very poor customer service. I m happy to say that I received a phone call two days later from Manager Laura, with an explanation of the store's regulations and an offer to exchange the product accidentally purchased. Very happy with the follow up, unfortunately the product manager I originally spoke to couldn't resist adding insult to injury by making inappropriate comments when I returned to the shop.

Watch out for Click and Collect
I purchased some items via Click and Collect a few weeks so and it was a smooth transaction. Yesterday I did the same and purchased some more expensive items. While they were correct it was a shame one of those was already open and some of it was missing.
Check your items before you leave because their store doesnt check that you are getting what you paid for!
3 Strikes Taylors Lakes Chemist Warehouse
Tonight my husband and I went into Taylors Lakes Chemist Warehouse to have several of my prescriptions filled. We live in the area and have been going to this Chemist Warehouse since it opened. I am dependent on quite a few medications. It was about 25 to 7 and this store closes at 7pm. I went to the counter and handed over a number of scripts. Once I had received my medications and paid for them and was on my way out to the car, I thought something is not quite right; the pills I had asked for and the pills I paid for didn't add up. Sure enoug...h, they hadn't filled two of my scripts. I immediately headed back into the store only to be stopped at the door by security who said "Shops shut". It was 5 to seven, it's my understanding that the store closes at 7 but I figured given that I wasn't given all of my order, that it would be fine. I explained what had happened to the guard and he said "No, the shops closed, that the registers were closed and the pharmacists don't get paid overtime after 7pm". Another worker came over to the doorway and I then explained it all again to him, that the chemist hadn't dispensed all of the scripts that I had asked for. As he worked in the store, I went on to explain that one of the scripts that they hadn't filled was for blood pressure and I had specifically come to get that tablet with the intention of taking it that evening. He told me to wait at the door and he would speak to the pharmacist. When he came back, he said "Nah you will have to come back tomorrow". As I needed to get these extra scripts filled, my husband I then had to drive 12 kms both ways to another Chemist Warehouse. Unfortunately I have found this level of customer service from this particular store to be the norm. I have another ongoing script that I have to have filled that sees me receiving 100 tablets at a time. Most times, this means I receive 7 boxes with 14 on a sheath, plus 2 extra tablets = 100 tablets. I have had the script filled at the same Chemist Warehouse in the past at Taylors Lakes only to find I have a whole sheath missing 14 tablets. As previously stated, I am a person who uses Chemist Warehouse in Taylors Lakes very frequently, so on one visit I asked how much we have to pay to reach the PBS / PRF safety net I have been told "they are too busy to tell me that information". Seems that they are always too busy. We all make mistakes but it has happened all too often at this particular Chemist Warehouse and I believe I was treated appallingly. It wasn't my mistake and they should have dealt with it in a professional manner. The pharmacist's duty of care requires more than just spotting obvious dispensing errors, pharmacists are expected to recognize potential risks and intervene to prevent harm to the patient, while exercising professional judgement and discretion. Thank you to the team at Milleara Road for being so helpful, if only you were closer to home!

Went back to the Chemist Warehouse Wollongong Central store for a refund but got abused by the so called store manager who was horrible, rude and on a power trip! Never shop here, unless you want a bad experience!
incompetent and dishonest
provided script and was advised a wait of 20 minutes. Went and did something else for 1/2 hour, came back to pick up script and was advised it wasn't ready. Waited another 15 minutes before asking for my script back. Another 5 minutes while they searched for the script before locating it with the medication. Upon being queried about this the pharmacist said he'd called my name. I replied that I had checked whether the script was ready when I came back to the store and then waited and my name was not called out. He repeated that he did. Same pharmacist throughout.
Chemist warehouse is WORST!!!! I called customer care for some enquiry but nobody picks up ever.
I bought some medicine from chemist warehouse oxford street, I went back to the store for a refund but the customer service i received was horrible and rude. The pharmacist or manager was asian lady who came and talk to me while she was eating, by looking at that i felt disgusting, so unprofessional.

Misleading 7 days return policy on receipt...
Chemist warehouse needs to be more clear on their return policy on the docket. It should not misguide the customer by giving them half the information. It is mentioned on the receipt that refunds and exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days but when you go there to return with in 7 days they tell you another story which is not even on the receipt. Then you get harassed by the manager they question on your English and manager called it an argument when seeking clarification from the staff .

Not so cheap at Chemist Warehouse
Have been to the Greensborough Plaza Chemist Warehouse on 3 separate occasions now to get script medicine done. On the first 2 occasions they tried to overcharge me by $3 on one of my items stating that they could not get the generic brand so I would have to pay more for the original brand. On those occasions I refused to pay the extra and asked for my script back and went to another chemist in the Plaza who had generic and charged me the correct price. Went back there today and specifically asked whether they had the generic brands before I...gave them my scripts. They stated they had the generic. Went back half an hour later and guess what??? No generic and tried to overcharge me by $3 again!!!! Check what prices you are paying there and if they treat you like me, go to Priceline Pharmacy where they do the right thing by you.

Won't go there again
Went to the on located in Epping. Customer service is average to mediocre. However, we've been charged much more that quoted twice now. The first on was in June, and we didn't realise until we got home and didn't have time to come back as we were in a hurry to travel. The same happened yesterday, where the price on the shelf was different from what's on the receipt. Again, forgot to check until home and didn't want to bother coming back and deal through some drama for $3. Will just avoid their product from now on and use our local chemist shop from now on. At least, we get much better service there and there is no surprises like this.

Poor customer service. Went into Chemist Warehouse Murray Bridge looking for something, and couldn't find what I was looking for. So asked a lady who worked there and she didn't even look up and look at me and replied we don't have that here go to another chemist and find it. I work in Customer Service so I know how tuff it is but this was unacceptable. Will not be returning my business there!
Do not deal with this company - save your self a lot of grief
Went into Lawnton store Qld to get something to help dry out my nasal passages with bad cold. Stated something with pseudoephedrine would be good. Bloke at the counter gave me the third degree and had requested my license. Fair enough, had to go through the third degree with foreign young female chemist again (waste of time talking to the bloke first up)
Chemist called my name to come to the counter, she did not bother to explain what she had given me and put it into a locked plastic box to take to the checkout. Wham bam and I was out the door...
My name is a Costas and I visit your Northbridge store on weekend last gone for purchase of a special cream for my anoose. It has been a very sore an with much red pile so I describe my problem with the girl at counter, which she get most upset about. She tell me a Costas, you need go get Anusol for your bum. Underquoted with terrible service
I called to have a quote on ferinject, the pharmacist had said it was approx $19.50 per bottle. I walked in expecting to pay $40 in total. I had the script filled and went to the register where they advised me the total cost was $80 (39.90 per bottle) the pharmacist came over and apologised saying she misquoted me on the total should be $80. I asked to get my script back elsewhere, went to a chemist down the road and filled the exact script for $40. Absolute rip offs! They tried charging me without any Medicare rebate.
Don't expect customer service
Went to the Baxter store yesterday morning, saw plenty of young female staff members gossiping in the aisles while I shopped but no-one at checkout when I wanted to pay! Rung the bell, waited - no-one came, rung the bell AGAIN, waited - still no-one came and kept doing this but just wasted my time as no-one came to serve me after 5 rings of the bell so I just ended up leaving the goods at the counter and walking out. Went elsewhere where I actually got service. Perhaps time to train your staff in customer service since that's normally what they're getting paid for.

Anybody successfully received their order outside of australia from this online store?
Are the perfumes original in this store as they are way too cheaper than original and also the packaging looks bit odd than original perfume packaging.! Any one has good or bad experience with perfumes ?
I have made several Guerlain purchases from CW, the packaging is new, while the online photos showed older styles. The perfumes were original and fresh, in date within 18 mths from manufacture. I couldn't comment on other brands, but their Guerlain is go to for me at their price point and delivery inc.
