This level of service is unacceptable, particularly given that these are medical items, not discretionary purchases. Stock availability for essential products should be managed far more carefully, and customers should not be left chasing updates after being given inaccurate timeframes.

Overall, this was handled in an unprofessional and irresponsible manner. I would not recommend this store, and anyone considering ordering from them should confirm stock availability in advance.

confirmed my details while preparing the shot and then she just gave me the needle. She didn't put on gloves, didn't wipe the spot, just collected the things in a couple of secs after that and took off! I was so shocked I didn't say anything and I'm bad at confronting people. I should have though. Very unprofessional and bad hygiene.

I wanted Vicks roll on but although the site said it was in stock I was directed to a Deamazin product .it did not work in the container, was out of date and overpriced by about $7 compared to other chemists. This is the second and last time I will ever go there. Luckily I got .y refund without a y argument.

recommendations. Andrea is also a pharmacist so if you need help with female issues and prefer to speak to a female she is available for a confidential chat. The ladies here are always helpful and they price match if another pharmacy is cheaper. They know their stuff too. Very obliging and always greet with a smile which is good especially if you are feeling off. Definitely this is like the old days as far as customer service goes. Simply the Best!

⚠️BEWARE!!! Lovely people, great service but absolute thieves with their pricing, don’t go to any chempro, all are the same. regular pricing was $40.85 more than chemist warehouse!!! I complained and ended up with a $44+ refund. This is the second time I have been so badly ripped off by a chempro pharmacy and second time I have fought for a sizable refund . Don’t go there!!!!!!!

Ordered then 3 days later get email to say item out of stock. My usual supplier the order to delivery is 3 days, so 3 days to advise out of stock after showing as in stock on their website is not only comical, but incompetence. It was my first and now my last order with this shambles of a company.

For someone with health issues who relies on this medication, this is a big deal. I also emailed the Chempro head office and they didn't even bother to return my email. listed on the scripts—without asking me first. I find it completely unacceptable that staff would assume I want a generic medication rather than giving me the choice to stick with the prescribed brand.

Given that pharmacies often make more profit on generics, this feels like a case of prioritising profits over customer choice. Surely any change to medication requires the permission of the person taking it, rather than pharmacy staff making that decision on our behalf?

I would appreciate some clarity on why this happened, as it doesn’t seem like ethical practice.

Poor delivery service – Text received yesterday from Chempro advising the package from them I was waiting for would be delivered by 4pm yesterday. for. Phoned Chempro wishing to advise them the delivery service they use is not delivering to the home address as I was led to believe it would be. I attempted to make a formal complaint regarding inaccuracies around the delivery service. I contacted ChemPro via their live chat service, spoke to a female who advised her name was Mary. As I was explaining the situation I am not happy with she became very defensive and either deliberately or not, refused to understand my complaint. I asked to speak to her senior and was advised by Mary the superivsor was 'at lunch', the time wass 1510hrs approximately. Initially Mary had been very helpful but did not understand my issue and the more I attempted to explain to her she seemed to misunderstand further. The delivery service ChemPro used yesterday was allegedly dishonest regarding the delivery of the package. ChemPro looks like you have several clients who are unhappy with parts of your service and instead of staff attempting to shift the blame to the Post office and blaming them for poor service, why don't you listen to your clients and attempt to resolve isues instead of using staff who are obviously not familiar with conflict resolution stratagies to deal with these issues of complaints.

Chempro withholds prescriptions – Redcliffe chempro chemist told me they are too busy to fill my candor prescription saying, we don’t have enough staff to fill “these kind of orders”. This chemist looks down their nose at candor orders. Every time without doubt there will be a problem with my order and I’m fed up with them treating me like I’m some sort of pot head.

Disgusting – Over priced and rude. The pharmacist at Annerly is the most condescending and rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Contacted another Chempro for assistance, they were extremely polite and helped, they called me back and said she was even rude to them! Seems that they can do whatever they want. Avoid at all cost.

Debit transactions – Was quoted $6.99 for pain meds. Charged $7.00. Only a cent but if done on all transactions, a little earner. It is actually not allowed by the visa debit rules.

Never go, only ggod things hannah daniel and maybe aircon – I was told to not come bavk after the owner heard me say i lwft a 1 star review from being denied my mental health medication the week before. Who knows why i bothered the last time

Happy 1st Purchase – I have to admit i had second thoughts of buying from them after seeing the negative reviews but i decided to give it a go getting my usual hair product at more than 30% savings compared to Chemist Warehouse. Placed my order on a Saturday and received the product 8 days later. Item received as described, timely delivery with free shipping! My first purchase experience is simply pleasant!

Unprofessional Service – I would certainly agree with the majority of Reviews here. I myself worked in Pharmacy for over 40 years. I Recently put a brand new script in at Chempro. Never used this medication before. Explained this to the Pharmacy Assistant. Usually when it’s a Brand New Script the pharmacist would come out and explain the side effects etc. Not this pharmacy at Coombabah. First and last time I will ever go back there.

Defective merchandise, no refund or apology – A couple of days ago I I bought a 4 pack of Duracell 312 hearing aid batteries at the Buranda Chempro. One of them lasted only a day. or at least another pack of the batteries. I explained all to the manager, and she said Chempro does not offer refunds on products that have been unsealed. I showed her the corroded battery and she was not inclined to accept my explanation, implying instead that I might have had a corroded one that I had put into the pack.

In short, she was calling me a liar. I don't know who would go to the sort of trouble she was envisaging just in order to score something that costs only a few dollars. She would not budge, was very cold in her manner, and only referred to "company policy" as though Chempro policy is written on one of the stone tablets brought down from the mountain by Moses.

I will never go there again, or to any Chempro outlet, and am advising everyone I know, on social media, not to do so. That response from the manager--and, I have to surmise, Chempro itself--was shameful.

don’t judge other stores based on these reviews. My local Chempro is Ipswich Limestone Chempro (QLD). I have been a customer since they opened, and I honestly couldn’t speak more highly of them. Angela the owner and pharmacist is an absolute gem of a lady, so very warm and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Yes some of the prices are higher than say Chem. Warehouse- but remember they are much smaller, privately run businesses. I recommend IPSWICH LIMESTONE CHEMPRO QLD- so highly, everyone knows your name, your story, you just don’t that kind of service at a bigger chain chemist. I will be a customer for life, for the incredibly caring, personalised, customer focused service. 100 stars to Angela!

Unfair policy – My doctor accidentally gave me an extra item on my script to fill which I did. I was then told to stop taking it (blood thinners) It was unopened and cost me $31, I asked Chempro in Bundall if I could return it and they refused. I now have a $31 script that is no use to me. Incredibly unfair. I am a pensioner and can not afford to lose $31 for no good reason.
