Poor customer service, no updates, misleading stock information & underhanded tactics. They blatantly falsely advertise stock availability. I've filed a complaint with the ACCC & recommend contacting them, & your bank for a refund. I used to shop with their sister company Pharmacy Direct - I won't be back. Chempro Kallangur compounding pharmacy needs some serious customer service training. There's a reason they have so many negative google reviews bringing their average down .. Withholding script tokens over their own errors, the rudeness and attitude, just avoid them completely.
Chemists own ear wax removal drops purchased from Chempro actually blocked my ear even worse. Ear Clear brand would bubble in my ear as it broke the wax up and clear my ear. Won't be buying anything from Chempro ever again, poor service and inferior product.

Absolute attitude problem – I called in to drop off a product return as this chemist had previously handled them. The guy I asked about it was rude and said if I handed him the return, he’d “chuck it in the bin”. A polite comment would have been sufficient, but this fool is an absolute moron with an attitude problem. So, if they have dropped the agency, just say so politely. I wasn’t to know.

that timeframe, I received only a generic response repeating the same information, effectively extending the delay to 14 days without any meaningful explanation or proactive communication. My second enquiry then took a further 5 days to receive a response.
This level of service is unacceptable, particularly given that these are medical items, not discretionary purchases. Stock availability for essential products should be managed far more carefully, and customers should not be left chasing updates after being given inaccurate timeframes.
Overall, this was handled in an unprofessional and irresponsible manner. I would not recommend this store, and anyone considering ordering from them should confirm stock availability in advance.

confirmed my details while preparing the shot and then she just gave me the needle. She didn't put on gloves, didn't wipe the spot, just collected the things in a couple of secs after that and took off! I was so shocked I didn't say anything and I'm bad at confronting people. I should have though. Very unprofessional and bad hygiene.
Follow-up · I did not feel pain and the room seemed ok, I did not pay much attention. I didn't have any experience with a shot so far that the medical provider did not wipe the skin before and not wearing gloves so this was shocking.
I wanted Vicks roll on but although the site said it was in stock I was directed to a Deamazin product .it did not work in the container, was out of date and overpriced by about $7 compared to other chemists. This is the second and last time I will ever go there. Luckily I got .y refund without a y argument.

Given that pharmacies often make more profit on generics, this feels like a case of prioritising profits over customer choice. Surely any change to medication requires the permission of the person taking it, rather than pharmacy staff making that decision on our behalf?

for. Phoned Chempro wishing to advise them the delivery service they use is not delivering to the home address as I was led to believe it would be. I attempted to make a formal complaint regarding inaccuracies around the delivery service. I contacted ChemPro via their live chat service, spoke to a female who advised her name was Mary. As I was explaining the situation I am not happy with she became very defensive and either deliberately or not, refused to understand my complaint. I asked to speak to her senior and was advised by Mary the superivsor was 'at lunch', the time wass 1510hrs approximately. Initially Mary had been very helpful but did not understand my issue and the more I attempted to explain to her she seemed to misunderstand further. The delivery service ChemPro used yesterday was allegedly dishonest regarding the delivery of the package. ChemPro looks like you have several clients who are unhappy with parts of your service and instead of staff attempting to shift the blame to the Post office and blaming them for poor service, why don't you listen to your clients and attempt to resolve isues instead of using staff who are obviously not familiar with conflict resolution stratagies to deal with these issues of complaints.

Chempro withholds prescriptions – Redcliffe chempro chemist told me they are too busy to fill my candor prescription saying, we don’t have enough staff to fill “these kind of orders”. Disgusting – Over priced and rude. The pharmacist at Annerly is the most condescending and rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
