Hi Ryan, Thanks for the question, I hope your weekend is going well :) We are an online only store and do not offer a pick up service. We can deliver to your suburb quickly with Australia Post, by both standard or express service. Delivery is free for orders over $120 and everything is sent in discreet packaging from our Sydney based distribution centre.
We work hard to get your order on the way fast so you don't have to wait too long for your pleasure.

It's also a great idea to add both help@cherrybanana.com.au and also info@cherrybanana.com.au to your safe sender list to ensure smooth email deliverability.
We generally dispatch orders the same day if placed before 2pm and we always send a dispatch email with tracking when your order is on the way.
