The Black Crunch – It’s loud at times. Kind of a crunching noise that sometimes comes from the right side, and other times the left side. It’s quite annoying. More so because it’s a brand new fridge. the door storage isn’t very functional because the shelves have a narrow face which means bottles have to potential to fall off the shelf, especially when the door opens and closes. And it closes with a quick thud, which shakes all the bottles.

External aesthetics look great in my kitchen. The black is glossy and I don’t see any finger marks on the surface of the fridge - which is great.

Update: 1) Fridge wasn’t cooling in crisper. ChiQ were responsive and sent technician to fix. 2) Fridge noise became worse. CHiQ sent technician. Fridge was not repairable. CHiQ refunded the cost of the fridge and were helpful and easily accessible throughout this process.
