Aura. I was reluctant to buy a mattress for us online but the chiropedic website and their phenomenal employee Tanya were so helpful I felt well informed and confident about my decision. I was tossing up between a couple of options. Tanya phoned me after i emailed a query so she could gain a good understanding of our needs and sleep habits and provide information about both options in order to help me decide. She actually ended up recommending the cheaper option between the 2 I was looking at which to me says they aren't a greedy company. About the mattress, it is amazing. Looking at the thickness of it now it's hard to believe it was in a box. The pillow top is soft and provides beautiful pressure relief whilst the 5 zone pocket spring system provides proper support which is something my husband needs particularly. And the pocket springs mean that when my son runs up and down it the rest of the mattress doesn't move. The quality and finish of the mattress is of a high standard with a beautiful soft fabric used for the top. I didn't want to cover it with sheets. I would recommend this mattress and the chriopedic brand to anyone, and if in doubt their website offers detailed information as well as their lovely staff. My only issue is I want to replace our other mattresses now.. Will definitely buy from them again.

foam is veeery soft. It has zoned springs, but I find that towards the middle, it dips too much and makes my lower back kind of hurt since it's dipping so low. That's only when I sleep on my back, with my head at the very top and leave lots of room for my feet. If I scoot down a bit, the alignment is perfect for my back, but then my toes are at the very edge of the mattress. I'm 164cm tall and sleep on a Double, so if you're taller and have the same lower back feeling, you should get a Single King or Queen (bc they're both longer than a Double and Single).

When I sleep on my side, I find no problems with the extra dip. Got this on sale (almost 60% off) at $444!!

was also shorter than standard king mattresses, so there wasn't quite enough room for feet.

The top of the mattress is full of indentations where the comfort layer is stitched down, so it leaves several spots under your body that are completely unsupported, putting excess pressure on the surrounding areas of your body instead. No Mattress – I can't review this mattress as it still hasn't arrived and the last email to say it had been shipped was close to 4 weeks ago. I'd give this one a try since they have the 150 night trial. It has been about a month now and I love it. It is not as soft as I was hoping but it is plush enough at the top that I feel supported and don't wake up in pain. Medium soft sounds about right for this one. It's also pretty heavy compared to my last mattress so keep that in mind as it needs to be flipped regularly. It also was shipped super quick to Adelaide in less than a week. I My only gripe is about 2 weeks after I bought it it went on sale and the price halved so I wish I'd waited a couple of weeks to buy it but overall very happy!

back soreness. The mattress is good at preventing any transfer of movement as someone gets in and out or rolls around, even for heavy people. Initially it does feel very supportive and firm to lay on, and seems to keep my spine aligned, but due to not being a zoned support system it might not suit some peoples side-sleep requirements.

I no longer have to leap out of bed to take painkillers the moment I wake up just to be able to face the day. Great comfort for side and front sleeping – Very soft and supportive still. I no longer wake up with my arm asleep from side sleeping. Highly recommend it for side or front sleepers. Best Mattress Ive slept on – Im not sure how many mattresses ive owned over my many years but ive finally found one that is perfect for me. I like that it is very supportive but also allows so much comfort for side sleeping. My shoulders and legs sink just far enough in that it takes all the pressure off while i sleep. Great mattress but not for me – Very comfy high quality mattress in all honesty, but it was so soft that my back kinda didn't enjoy it as much as I was a back sleeper... Nice matttress – Because the old mattress caused me back pain, it improved a lot after changing to the new mattress. Although there is still a little pain sometimes, it will get better soon after getting up. So comfy – Was pleasantly surprised at how comfy and supportive this mattress was, I love this mattress. It’s very soft (which I wanted) but not in a way that has caused me any trouble with my back.
