Much better than the Original Strata – We get a lot more feed back from Strata.. In a larger building and been run by two original owners where there has been minal transparency how maintainance is being spent. Appreciate all the work oarders for maintenance sent to Committee.

A pleasant change for the better – We have gone from thinking of changing Strata managers to being very happy with how we are now looked after. The changes made at Darby has meant we have a manager that is really looking after us. We get prompt replies to phone call or emails. another's frustration and more so mine. Inaction makes my work harder and the domino effect of this, means i then have to deal with unhappy clients . You did not shy from my initial frustration and knocked a few other local agencies down a few pegs.

More often than not, all someone wants is acknowledgment and a response. Even if you don't have the answer or an outcome. Every report i sent and response l i threw at you, was actioned.

I hope this is passed onto higher management and they buy you a lifetime supply of wine! You certainly deserved it after dealing with me today.

Excellent Service – Jenny from Chris Darby is professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Jenny was able to sort a problem which had been ignored by a landlord and a tradesperson who wasn't interested in fixing the problems. Jenny took control and mobilised all parties and found a real plumber who sorted a 3 month long problem in literally 5 minutes. AGM run very professionally – I have had dealings with Chris Darby Strata for eleven years and have always found them to be helpful. managers. All I can say is that I've experienced the opposite from this firm and the people there, who haven't disappeared in the high turnover so many here talk about.

No help at all – I am a new owner only 3 months as we moved in. Already, had a problem with water leak under the tiled floor in my bathroom. But, I was turned down being told it is not Strata item. I have neither time nor I have special knowledge to fight this so, had to pay out of my own pocket to get it fixed asap. I just never ever guessed that water leak under the tiled floor would not be covered by Strata! Now, I wonder what would be?

Poor service – If I could give 0 stars I would. There is high staff turnover. The staff hide from clients who require assistance to resolve issues. I do not recommend for anyone to use this strata management company.

Look elsewhere – Do not employ, they are a very poor choice for property maintenance . If you want no action , false promises and delays even after repeated requests then this is the company for you.

DO NOT USE! – DO NOT USE!! if you could give a zero star rating i would. there is a high turnover of staff and properties are managed with little to no care. They are rude and speak to staff and clients with no respect. The lie over and over and will avoid talking to you at all costs. When they do speak to you there is little to no respect given. They will talk their way out of things just to end up back in the same situation again. DO NOT USE...

Discrimination against Disabilities – If you have any form of disability or in need of assistance to function [Name Removed] and [Name Removed] WILL discriminate you until legal action is taken. Both little men, that hide behind there office doors because they can't stand by their own statements. All white lies – If you don't check what they do your strata will get burnt financially. My experience : Paying bills they were told not to pay. Not seeking insurance quotes as asked. Did not understand strata laws regarding balconies and remote control doors.

Tried to make us pay for a Workcover law that was never enacted.

It takes too many phone calls and emails to get a result, and the result is rarely satisfactory.

Honestly not sure how this company stays in business – One of the most unprofessional, inept and deceitful companies I have ever dealt with. Surprised – In reading some of these reviews I wonder if the full story is being communicated or indeed understood.? I have been Chairman of two Apartment blocks managed by Chris Darby Strata. Over a period of some 14 years I have found them to be very obliging,organised and professional in their approach.

Terrible Service – This business was chosen by the builder and we, the Owners Corporation of three, agreed to sign a contract for 12 months. Glad this period has come to an end. There was no management at all. No attention paid to communication and requests made to [Name Removed]. The market demand for Strata management has outgrown the capacity of this business. Very poor service.

First class assistance and follow up – Day one of flooding disaster and ceiling falling in - I have been very impressed with Chris Darby Strata personnel and their contractors and assessors. Advice and assistance was immediate in a very stressful situation. Thank you to all who have assisted me today and will continue to do so in full restoration of my property.

Couldn’t manage a prayer session in a convent – If waiting months for quotes or work to be done is ok with you, then this is the strata Manager you want. Staff are completely inexperienced and the [Content Removed] control them like puppets. If you complain then expect consequences!

Great manager – I own 6 rental properties and Chris Darby Wollongong managers 4 of them. Glorified Bill Payment Service – [Name Removed] is a [Content Removed] and he has no regard for either his customers or employees. He is the worst in the business and anyone dealing with him or thinking to, Don't or cease business with [Name Removed] strata. If you do something to annoy him, you will have no end of regret.
