First time shopper with Christmas Factory got a great price for the item I purchased. Shipping was very fast. The courier service was great keeping me updated right through to delivery. Very happy with my purchase would Recommend this company.
Follow-up · Assembly was moderate struggled a bit with the centre of snowman (stomach) even though you can put this one outside if so I would recommend out of weather rain sun ect. I kept mine inside.
Have purchased multiple items from them , when was one was faulty they will not return emails , there phone says it cannot be answered at this time { about 20 times } . very unprofessional and i wont be using them again
Bought a product over $100 and it’s come broken. I have rang and rang. Emailed a million times. NOTHING!!! Do not buy from them. Scams

I made an order but got no confirmation so I sent a contact form and got a response, proved I made a purchase finally received a package from them only for one of the items to be missing and one of the items was faulty tried calling customer service but they didn’t answer. Inflatable – I will not buy a single thing from this company poor customer service. Been trying to reaching out about the product I bought and no one is answering my calls or emails. Inflatable not working .
Excellent Customer Service – Alex at the Christmas Factory helped me sort out issues caused by Aramex. Aramex are incompetent and after 10 days, my goods had not arrived and I had no communication from Aramex. My Christmas Light Experience – Very impressed with Christmas Factory and their special prices prior to Christmas! My order arrived promptly and very happy with quality of lights received. However one of my lights was crushed in its box and did not work properly. Took photos and emailed the team. Promptly received response email with light being replaced and order processed. Excellent quality and service – Quick delivery and excellent quality. I had to replace something I ordered and they were extremely responsive and jumped immediately on to my issue. Provided me with not only a store credit but when I went to use it and my new order cost a little bit more they were more than happy to cover the difference. Extremely good support! Show reply
