Ceiling Fans Warehouse

I had previously purchased fans from the Ceiling Fans Warehouse and have recently purchased three more after a move to a new property. I have had to return them, which was easy, and have just received the replacements today. I must commend Mia and Jeson on the returns team for making it so easy

arrangements to be home mid-week. However I received an email update on the 13th saying it will be delivered in less than 2 hours. I was not home, package was left on the street outside my apartment complex in Chippendale (inner city Sydney), and of course, promptly stolen. Crazy to think that this company believes this is sufficient notice, and crazy to think that would be regarded as a safe place for a reasonably high-value item. Not sure if the expectation is to be at home on call all week awaiting delivery...

Customer service for complaints and resolutions (cases) does not have a phone number - they only communicate via email, and meaningfully reply every 5 business days or so. They ask questions, but don't really read or consider the responses - very process driven and frustrating to deal with.

Monster Sales/Ceiling Fans Warehouse are not willing to take responsibility for the error of the freight companies they outsource to, and do not offer the timely service they claim to. I would strongly recommend against purchasing from this company until they sort out their delivery options and customer service relating to complaints and errors.

friendly and helpful local staff. They offered a very competitive deal for a bulk order too. Their online chat team was helpful and surprisingly knowledgeable on the tech aspects particularly with regards to smart home integrations.

Fast and efficient delivery. Driver followed instructions well.

The Elgo Surf fans themselves are Fantastic. Super quiet, full function remote and the integration with my existing Tuya / Smart Life app was easy peasy - didn't need the third party Elgo app. It then integrated nicely with my Home Assistant dashboard.

said that all 7 items had been despatched and she would follow it up, which she obviously did because on the Monday the last fan arrived which had been left at our front door as requested. In addition to this I accidentally forgot to order 1 of the above fans for a different room. I called sales and even though it couldn't be attached to the existing order which was ready to be shipped, a new one was raised and it was shipped with the original order. Even though we had that little hiccup, everyone I had dealt with was professional, polite and extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company to our family and friends. Fantastic customer service! We ordered 8 ceiling fans for our new home, and they generously stored them for an extra two months free of charge while our build finishes up. We haven’t installed them yet, but the team—especially Maria—has been incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

We bought 3 ceiling fans from Ceiling Fans Warehouse which were delivered next working day. Two fans were installed and were perfect. Unfortunately, we had to return the 3rd one as the Electrician couldn't install it where we wantd to install due to non-availability of the wiring. The return process was simplified with the help from Victoria from the Customer Services team. She did a wonderful job to guide us to a successful return.

Great range of ceiling fans @ fantastic prices. I had been looking for a DC Skyfan by Ventair for a while and was comparing prices until I came across Ceiling Fans Warehouse. Pricing was an excellent, delivery cost and time was excellent, communication excellent (very fast to respond to any questions). Mia was great. Ordered 15 fans for the first time from this company. Claire was easy to talk to and very helpful when I had a few questions regarding pricing. Delivered to my home in Sydney within a few days of payment. Have installed 8 of the 15 fans and am very happy with them. No issues with any of these fans. Would highly recommend based on sales experience and quality of product.

Bought a fan around 17 months ago, had it installed by a licensed professional and on the weekend it started making a knocking noise and was swinging wildly. not assist because they “don’t know how the returns department works.” I simply want the correct product, yet resolving this has proven unnecessarily difficult. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

I had a fantastic experience with Maria today. Initially there seemed to be a problem with the website sale price so I contacted them via phone to discuss. Maria helped to identify the issue, and even though they were under no obligation, they offered me a very satisfactory outcome, so now I have 4 fans on the way to me. Very easy process. nothing for a week, emailed, and got a reply saying they attempted delivery and left a voicemail.

Oh - I never use voicemail and my phone had been set to silence unknown numbers - I searched and found a voicemail message - emailed the company and got an auto-reply saying I must provide where to leave it.

I replied saying there was no safe place to leave it outside my inner city unit complex - and got another robo-reply email saying they required where to leave it ... etc.

Third time I rang and spoke to a female who had to call sales to ask - it seems the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing - and once the order has been sent they have no tracking system like most eBay or Amazon type companies - I spent 20 minutes on the phone and ended up with no better information than 'we'll email you' - with a specific delivery date so I can arrange to be home ? Nah - could be one day or next week - thanks for NOTHING.

The best they could offer would be to 'try' to get the deliverer to call - probably on arrival - but 'no guarantee' - frustrating

So - in summary, the most frustrating experience I can recall, requiring multiple back-and-forth communications - NONE of which were satisfying - and how satisfying is it getting and responding to robo-replies ? NOT AT ALL.

So - price might be good - but beware of the 'nobody knows if or when' delivery system which seems to expect you to be home all day for a couple of days, or tell them to leave it outside - not safe for me.

I've now set my phone back to ring when there are unknown callers, and 'hope' for delivery maybe 10 days after ordering - if everything goes well.

I recently had a very pleasant purchasing experience with Ceiling Fans Warehouse. Their prices were extremely competitive, and the free mail-out was a great bonus. The website is well laid out and easy to navigate, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, a trustworthy company that I’d happily deal with again.

After being messed around by another online ceiling fan company I contacted Ceiling fans warehouse to see if they had the fan in stock that I needed by Christmas. They confirmed they had the fan and organised it to be expedited to me. Great customer service and great communication. Highly recommend.
