No constructive solution to alarm beeping every 6hrs. Threatened with lose of warranty if we resolved ourselves even though out of warranty. Fixed ourselves for $30 instead of being woken every 6hrs for 7 days and paying $280. Typical level of service for Chubb

 Follow-up  · Issue was a flat backup battery. Was going to take days to get a tech out for a 5min job that was going to keep us awake for nights and drive us nuts during the day. Replaced the battery ourselves with one from Bunnings. They don’t care about their customers, we remain a number only.

I feel like I am being shuffled amongst departments. I simply need an agreed appointment time for a technician to visit. Hopefully this happens in the next 24-48 hours as promised.

Disappointed that the patrol man who was sent to check our house after an alarm episode, only checked the front and reported that there was no access to rear of property. There is a side passage , with an unlocked gate. He was either at wrong address, or requires serious training. Very unimpressed! Call centre says they will ask for another visit

Osamah in Customer Service was very professional and helpful. I had a problem with a zone detector giving false alarms and open circuit following the installation of a new panel. said it seems like your system is faulty. We will charge you again to visit and look at the issue. Is there technology so poor they cannot detect if the system is faulty in 1 visit? Is there no service warranty after paying 300 dollars for 30 minutes.

Please ensure the monthly monitoring fee charged is according to the signed service contract – Installation and monitoring services are good. Monthly charges were inaccurate and not rectified in spite of several complaints and acknowledgements. We have been overcharged by your accounting department for various amounts above the contracted sum. Show reply

Simply the worst… – Had a monitored home alarm installed in November 2023. It stopped working while overseas in December 2023. I was contacted by CHUBB who informed me the system needs to be replaced as the system has a “catastrophic malfunction”. I was told I would be contacted upon my return from overseas in January 2024. between January 2024 and today I have not received a new alarm. I have been told every excuse from parts for a new alarm are awaited to a technician will call you today to arrange a date to attend your home. It is now May 2024 and I have been without an alarm, but continue to be charged for a monitoring service that cannot monitor anything. Please save your money and headaches and stay away from this company.

Installation of Security System – Our 3G security system was replaced by a digital 4G system (19 March 2024 ) it failed within 12 hours, A second unit was installed, and it failed within 12 hours.
