City Perfume Physical store

The worse costumer service – Defamation of costumers character. Exposing your privacy to others. I bought a perfume they didn't have at the shop. After 10 days I received it unsealed. 2 days later one of the workers followed me at a coffee shop to tell me its a mistake and I have to return it. I was at work then they told my friends that I sent them to buy that I didn't return my perfume. Anyway I returned it. I am waiting for someone to answer me. No managers and no one contacted me. F.. UP costumer service. And over priced.

Fabulous products & Exceptional customer service – Went to City perfume store in Bankstown for the grand launch in December, the store was ultra modern, easy to find, easy to navigate and I was completely satisfied with the product availability the quality and the price I purchased two products Sauvage by Dior and Y by YSL for men I also got my free samples and the staff where warm, inviting and provided an exceptional flawless service, the staff where knowledgeable and well trained, well done city perfume highly recommend all three stores for gifts and awesome customer service.
