Most recently I was having trouble finding my balance credit and the cust service agent actually took the time to guide me through the website and created a apply credit button just to help my IT impaired self out! I really appreciate this kind gesture of helping me out, with my silly questions and all. I always email them asking how a fragrance smells because I blind buy a lot and they take the time to reply patiently everytime.

I have nothing but great things to say because my product always arrives via express and it’s such a pleasant experience from purchasing online to obtaining the package within a few days. Highly recommended you to shop with them if you’re looking for niche or designer fragrances in Australia. I have at least 10 in my wishlist on their online store. 10/10 service everytime. to no avail. I eventually gave the parcel up as lost. Unbeknownst to me a staff member was on the trail of the lost package, recovered it and personally delivered it back to me in pristine condition. Impressive!! Another great aspect of City Perfume is that they hold Master Classes in perfumery. I learned how to store perfume correctly, how to choose a scent that suited me; many other interesting facts about perfume. I love this store. The store is elegant glamour, and the experience of shopping for a perfume in store is one of opulence, a lovely feeling in these times where life can be severely lacking in simple beauty. Of course a perfume can be chosen via phone or Internet because the staff are so expert in explaining about scents that one feels comfortable choosing and buying when this option is more convenient. I recommend City Perfume over any department store shopping experience and my rating would be off the charts were that at all possible.

As a first time customer of City Perfume I I was a bit hesitant to place an order due to the mixed reviews, however I placed an order around 2pm Monday with express post (which would have been from Sydney to Brisbane) and received the order on my doorstep at 2pm the next day! Super happy customer!

be dispatched within 1-2 business days of placement time. Once an order has been dispatched, all relevant tracking information will be emailed to customer. Please allow at least 24 hours from dispatch time for tracking information to become available. If there is any delay in dispatching an order, the friendly team will notify customer and discuss options accordingly"

However, if they do not have your order, they will not update, they will not advise you that there is a two week waiting period and have your money on hold the entire time. Only after putting both a paypal dispute and two complaints to the website will you be advised that the reason why nothing was shipped is because they did not have the stock the entire time.

Preferably, buy from a US Site, there will be a similar two week waiting period but at least thats expected

response. But then I email immediately after that and say cancel my order and within 20 mins I had a notification from PayPal saying the refund is being processed. Update: was harassed by the company months after posting this.

Very good (no i am not an employee) – Was a bit skeptical of it with the half 1 star and half 5 star reviews however ordered friday, arrived Tuesday with 2 little sample bottles of Creed Aventus and Romeo & Juliet EDP. Haven't opened the actual product yet (JPG Le Beau EDT) however the Tin like packaging is legitamate and I'm very confident that come Christmas when my son opens it it will be genuine. Would recomend this store however it does seem like a gamble for many people.

Cancelled my pre-Christmas order, didn't tell me – Ordered two products on 12 December, 2023, paid for express shipping as these were Christmas presents. perfume I ordered. It is a contrasting experience when compare it Libertine perfume. My bad luck I ordered my perfumes from city perfume. Had ordered Demarly Layton from Libertine perfume and same thing happened. The price dropped and in one request they refunded $79 as the price difference. When Libertine perfumes arrived they had sent a thank you note and atleast 15 samples. I would stay clear from city perfumes and recommend Libertine perfume for a great customer service and value for money.

Great experience – This store has become my go to for buying fragrance online. I know I can trust the quality and authenticity, communication is excellent and prices are very competitive. with. I was suggested to buy moisturisers for the perfume to perform. This is not my first perfume ( or my first niche perfume). I am sure I would be dealt more professionally in a drug store. I would suggest buying from other websites if you really have to buy online like I did. Huge let down! Slow Delivery – I bought a girogio arman online. I paid $15 for express delivery. After 3 days, I am yet to get my perfume. My understanding is items purchased on express delivery within Australia should be delivered within 1 business day. as at the time of writing this review, I have not received my perfume! Bad service!!!
