Once construction began, our site manager, Kurtis, exceeded all expectations. He managed the schedule with precision, accommodating supplier and trade delays, and offered practical, realistic solutions to any unforeseen issues. His communication was outstanding throughout the process.
The result is a unique, comfortable, and beautiful home that we plan to enjoy for many years to come.

A magnificent home, finished as though it was their own – Two townhouses, designed by an architect, but modified by CLARIDGE to enhance buildability. The quality of materials and tradesmanship was the best I have seen after 40 years as a developer. The supervision was like watching a maestro controlling the orchestra. your dream home to be exciting and positive and there is nothing too big or small that you can’t share or ask of them. Their response is always friendly and plans will be made to help. Their word can be trusted and their foundation follows our beliefs which made the relationship and trust so much easier and stronger. They always went out of their way to help us and the best part of all was that they delivered a 5 star dream home that we are so proud of. Their timings, even in this crazy time of material and labour shortages were fantastic, with plans being made all the time and committed trades who worked at their high quality level meant that we were delivered our home in good time. The company faced enormous challenges with the impacts of COVID on staff and supplies but they remained open and as organised as possible through out the process. We were impressed by the quality of the workmanship by the trades involved and their positive attitude to the Claridge Company.
