Great product but…… – A long drawn out process partly due to Covid. Quote was done June 21st, 2021, installation done September 30th. Installers arrived on time and were friendly and efficient. fitted. I contacted the company and was told that locks couldn’t be fitted to these particular shutters. . On a follow-up call I was informed sympathetically that the salesman had denied making the promises about the locks!!!!!!!!!!. I remember the conversation with the salesman very clearly as even though my husband was immediately sold on them I was reluctant but reassured and changed my mind when the salesman spoke about the security features. I was offered compensation for the price of the locks but I was feeling too played and sucker punched at this time to respond. Installation was finally completed on November 22. Between the 30th of the ninth and the 22nd of the 11th we received three text messages requesting final payment. I would follow with a phone call to explain the reason for non-payment and eventually I received a call from them requesting information about the actual issue as no paperwork had been received from the installers.

Overall I must say the finished product is brilliant, interactions with staff always remained polite but I still feel played.

installed! Anyway, they showed up on the allocated day and time and the installers did an absolutely flawless installation of an absolutely flawless product. I'm in the process of undertaking a renovation here and the Classic installers have been the first and only trade to do a comprehensive cleanup as they progressed and then a final cleanup, and that, I have to say, is impressive! In a time when, on many occasions, we have no choice other than to accept products made offshore, it's a pleasure to wait for an A1 product to be produced for us here in Australia. Go for it Classic!
