Replacement of reverse osmosis filtration system – I called up the company to see if they could service my existing filters and check on the water levels , unfortunately their product wasnt compatible , they advised prior to appt that no call out fee would be charged in that event . and alkaline levels and because of his expertise and willingness to oblige as the previous company had closed down , he called up head office quoted me a price and I decided to go ahead with the replacement . John worked most efficiently and he was very professional , he took the Initiative to relocate the new system without compromising my shelves and cabinet layout and space made available was very small . John went over and beyond and I must admit it was on account of his work ethics that I decided to proceed with the change . One of the best companies I have ever used. Their communication is excellent, they’re always on time, and their customer service is outstanding. The technicians always do a great and efficient job. The office staff are absolutely lovely, so sweet and quick to book me in. I never have to chase them up as they always call me on time. Made an appt to get my water filter replaced Making an appt time Technician turns up when im not home Ring them when they havnt turned up They say he came when I wasn't home. Which was before appt time Ring to make another appt Disconnected..wait ,no one rings me back! Filter service – I have used Clear and Clear Water for the last 3 years and my family and I are very happy with their service. A staff member Yusuf arrived today to replace the filters and as always its a great service. We are very happy with the way the filters clean our water. We will diffidently continue with this service.

Poor Customer Service – I ordered a water filter on October 2022. Twice I had dates when it would be installed but they didn't ring me to tell me they couldn't do it. When I rang them that said they had no staff in Victoria but it would be sorted soon. After several attempts they finally said that had an employee and would be in touch by t he month end. a price which was much higher that their original quote. I said I didn't want the free tap upgrade as I preferred the standard taps. That would be an extra cost! I decided not to proceed but they appear to have forgotten all about me so I haven't told them. Fed up chasing. Terrible customer service!

The service man was prompt and on time very courteous and worked in a delligent manner. He was clean and did not make any mess and thoroughly checked all cartridges. We needed to change the 3 filters and he did speedly and with no problems. Show reply
